Probably NOT!! Better ask his caseworker.
For one thing, breastmilk is a living liquid that can pass certain diseases, so the milk would need to pass medical inspection (mothers who donate to milk banks must do this).
Also, a breastfed baby usually bonds very closely with the woman and can refuse to take bottles; this child could be removed (to another home or birth family), so why risk making him/her upset later?!
Keep everything official and above-board, or the child will be taken away.

NO! I don't agree with that sorry. If your pregnant then you produce milk for the child you are carrying. I can't see how a foster mother would have milk to give and it would just be wrong anyway!

If this is positively going to be a long term (more than a year) placement, then 'yes'.
If you aren't sure you can give the child at least that long, I don't think it's wise emotionally for the child to form that bond only to have it broken abruptly when the child must go back to his/her parents or another more permanent home.

Yep. They even have "Milk Banks" where lactacting women take their unused milk for other women to use. It's healthy and safe, as long as you're d/d free of course.
What a wonderful thing to be a foster mother!

Absolutely, and some women are even able to train their body to lactate when they have not been pregnant recently so they can breastfeed foster children or adopted children.

If the child is not yours, I would not do it because the child might get adopted by another family and have a preference for the taste of your breastmilk.

yes. It is very Honorable of you, and the baby will benefit from the milk.
If you have any questions, find a social worker from your state that you trust, and tell him/her what your concerns are, and I bet that person will find the absolute answer for you. A female ifs probably your best bet.
Good Luck.
