anybody can be a biological father.,....it is a physiological issue...but to really be a GOOD dad or a real father...his interests and needs are ALWAYS unequivocally and without condition...second to his children's. Their food, clothing, shelter MUST be first on his mind and MUST continue to do so...the moment that his needs come before his children's..then he has lost...his kids will display the consequences of the father's decisions and they will despise him for his lack of care and will to take care of his kids..it is not about the kids being selfish..it is HIS obligation TO TAKE CARE OF HIS KIDS NEEDS and the the wants that the kids have EARNED...yeah ..the days of just giving toys...that ended at the age of 5-6...those toys were to help your imagination..they were purchased in order to teach and help you grow...an Ipod will not teach you much..and a cellphone will teach you nothing...those are toys you kids have to earn...

what if the baby is a boy and the one that brought him up was the mother, lets say somebody like you. How would he father a child when he grows up if all he hears is your complaining. There are many fathers and mothers for that matter who struggle because of attitudes like your display. You are not the centre of the universe and you give your child no choice. You need to get over your issues. I am a single mother of two grown children. Their father had input to their bringing up and made a fine job of it might I say. Dont go on your own experience but have a balanced outlook. You sound quite bitter.

I agree that being a father is different than being a "babies daddy". Fathering involves thoughtful nurturing, affection, and an investment in the child's emotional, psychological, and physical well being.

I think you have it backwards . Anyone can be a father but it takes a real man to be a daddy.

I believe the quote is "Anyone can be a Father, but it takes a special person to be a Daddy"...
It goes visa-versa as well.

I don't see a question here, but my husband has been the ONLY parent worth anything to his son, the mother has nothing to do with the child. Sounds like your mad and venting and making unfair stereotypes about parenting.
