For women to have abortions because a baby is an inconvenience, will get in the way of bikini season, hinder a chance for promotion or career advancement etc, is like a slap in the face of women who want to have children but have to spend tens of thousands on fertility treatments to do it, or those who just can't? Those women do all they can to have a baby while others who could have many just suck them out and toss them away like a used news paper.

Is the IUD more effective when you first get it? Is it less effective when it's time to get it removed?

I went to the ER Monday because I had started bleeding at seven weeks pregnant. After spending five hours there the doctor told me that I was having a miscarriage and that it will continue naturally. At first the cramps weren't very much and I was able to handle them. The last couple of days they have been a little worse, but not much. I can usually take some pamprin or something and I am fine for a few hours. Co Workers say that the pain is my fault because I didn't take any time off from work. I didn't take any time off because the doctor didn't tell me too and at first the miscarriage didn't bother me, but yesterday all I could do was cry but when I was at work keeping busy I was fine. Still the same for now.

Anyways, I want to know how long can it take for a natural miscarriage to complete? I just want it to be over so I can move on and go back to being my normal self and stop feeling like I am bothering my fiance and best friend with not acting "normal".

I've never had a regular period ever since I started at 12. I'm 19 now. I thought all was fine one year, and I had it every 29-30 days, and it lasted for about 4 months, then it went irregular again. Last year I only had 3 periods! is it common to have an irregular period for this long?

Please don't answer if you're going to make fun. Thanks!

He is away at college and it is really hard on me, but he doesn't seem to get that. I think he should be here and after they baby is born to help me, but he thinks that the future is more important, any help would be greatly appericated. He also called my mother and talked to her about it

I really don't have the desire to have another child. Of course everyone I know says "Oh, you got to have another"....well, no I don't.
The only thing that keeps me even slightly thinking about another, is the fact that the three "only child" people I know are adults who act like spoiled brats. Is it possible to raise my daughter to realize that the world does not revolve around her (she's only a toddler now, so for the time being our world does revolve around her)? I wonder if it's possible that if she grows up w/ her father and I giving her 100% undivided attention/affection-she can still grow into a mature, independent, young lady. I wish I knew more "only child" folks, but I don't. I need input. I mean shoudl I really have another kid just to "balance" out the one I already have?

Please Do Not Answer unless you have read my other Question about this case. I believe these children were in a bad place and that is why I did it. Please no comments on how I am so mean to do this or that her kids will be taken away. This was needed and I wanted her to get the help the kids deserve.

If she asks should I deny it? I was told they will not release my name is that true? I asked to be anonymous but I gave them my phone # so they can find out more info if need be.
