How is it, that a disgusting person like britney spears, can get caught all over the country by so many people, doing drugs, can go insane even, and still child protective services doesnt rush in to take her kids from her? Why does this only happen to everyone else? All it would take would be one person to show proof that you did drugs, and say that you were neglecting your kids, and CPS would come running in and put those kids in foster care. So I wonder why Britney is even being considered as a parent to give a chance to when regular parents dont get chances like that. Regular parents lose custodial rights, and then lose their ability for unsupervised visitation. I am so sick of hollywood.

I did a flip on a bar pressing my stomach on the bar....I may be pregnant (would be only 2 weeks if I am). Could this have hurt my baby? I am really worried, and what should I not be doing during this "waiting period"??? Honest, polite answers only please! Thanks!

My baby loves sweet potatoes and they are so good for her, unfortunately, they stain everything they get on, including her clothes, bibs, my clothes, towels that have been used to wipe her face (even the rubber coating on her spoons!!!). My normal laundry stain remover that works for EVERYTHING else (a product called 'Kids & Pets') doesnt even touch these stains. Ugh, frustrating, everything is getting orange splotches on it!!! Has anyone had any luck getting sweet potato baby food stains out? I would love some help!! Thanks

I have a baby connection blue travel playpen. It has 4 red buttons on the sides that I thought were supposed to be pushed in to fold this thing up but I have been pushing and pulling and beating and this thing will not fold up. Is there some secret to this? I am going on a trip in two days and I HAVE to have this with me for my baby to sleep in. Her bassinet won't fit in my car.

The 5 month old I started babysitting about 2 months ago screams all the time. I have over 10 years babysitting experience and am a child development major, so I like to think I know babies pretty well, but I've never seen anything like this. She screams, not cries, for 7 or more hours a day. Her face is bright red, the veins in her head are throbbing, and she writhes around, arching her back. She never naps and she only stops screaming to take her botttle. I have tried everything like burping her, holding her in all different positions, rocking her, walking with her, singing, playing classical music, putting her on a blanket on the floor on her tummy or her back, so on and so on...Nothing ever works. I know it isn't me because she does this with her parents, grandparents, everyone. They have had her checked out at the doctor, and she is fine.What could be wrong? Epilipsy? Mental Problems? Oh, and I don't know if it is relevant,but she sneezes at least 10 times an hour.

First question, for a baby girl which name do you favor more: Jaycie Erin or Taylor Alexis?

Second question: For a baby boy I'm having a hard time coming up with a first name to go with the middle name "Adam." I like names that arent too common and arent really old fashioned. Any ideas/suggestions?

my husband I are weighing wether we should start a family or not. We both really want too but we wonder if we are finacially stable enough to do that.Here are the numbers
1. monthly income after taxes 3,000+
2. Credit card debt of 1,000
3. car loan of 311
4. Do not own a home
5. Have nothing in savings.
We just recently paid off two loans equalling around 10,000 dollars so we have nothing in savings. and we haven't bought a house yet because we haven't found anything we like. I think it would be wise to a job for at least a year to help save. But in other aspects i hear if you wait till you have "money" to have kids you never will have them. Im not sure do you "the reader" think we are finacially stable enough to have children

Would you consider being a mother to a kid a full time job ?? Or would you feel you should still get/have an outside job and use some sort of day care ??

* Money isnt an issue.

I asked this exact question before, but almost everyone who responded, some quite rudely I might add, thought I was talking about clothes. I'm not. I mean everything else ie. car seats, strollers, slings or other carriers, what kind of bed do you recommend? any other products I haven't listed are also welcome. Even if you just want to tell me what you hated. what exact brands did you like? why? Or, what brands did you find useless? why? I am 22 weeks pregnant and ready to start buying some of the early necessities. I am especially interested in what diapers everyone likes. What brand do you use and why do you use it? If you did use any other brands in the past, what made you switch? Also, what items did you find to be absolute life savers? Any advice on ANY baby products will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

My husband and I are having our first child. I am russian and he is american. I would like for our child to be able to speak my native tongue as well as english. We are living in america so I am sure this will be no problem. My husband has only been learning russian now for a year and we primarily speak in english. I dont know any other russians in our area and all my family lives in Russia so I cant surround the baby with other people who speak russian. Would speaking to the baby in russian while my husband speaks to her in english work? Or would it be to confusing for the baby? Does anyone have any ideas how to go about this?
