How is it, that a disgusting person like britney spears, can get caught all over the country by so many people, doing drugs, can go insane even, and still child protective services doesnt rush in to take her kids from her? Why does this only happen to everyone else? All it would take would be one person to show proof that you did drugs, and say that you were neglecting your kids, and CPS would come running in and put those kids in foster care. So I wonder why Britney is even being considered as a parent to give a chance to when regular parents dont get chances like that. Regular parents lose custodial rights, and then lose their ability for unsupervised visitation. I am so sick of hollywood.

I totally agree. CSP and other services need to see her as a person and not some goddess. It's sick how people of fame can get away with murder; literally (Brandi)....It shows how much the courts really care about the children when a infamous person like Britney has skipped free from all child responsibility. It's all about "looking good" for the courts, the judge, CPS....when it comes to the children of these parents, as long as the parents are famous, the kids are the ones who suffer. The reason: they don't want the media attention, and apparently, a child's life isn't important enough to them. They should not be able to watch out for America's children if they are going to be selective based on status. I AM SO SICK OF HOLLYWOOD TOO!

I agree. If I had kids and I did one thing they'd be gone. When I was younger somebody was ALWAYS calling CPS on somebody. I guess people don't want to do it because Britney Spears is famous and has money. And if she still has fans, of course they'd be protesting. I just can't believe Kevin Federline is looking more like a responsible parent than Britney! Just a while back they were talking about how he was a womanizer. But I do agree. She should be treated like everyone else.

Right or wrong, as far as child protection goes, her kids are well taken care of! There is no reason to take them away. She may not be a great mother, but she can afford to hire someone to do that for her. They are fed, clothed and do not want for anything, child protection has no need to interfere! And the CPS in my area, wouldn't interfere in a normal person's life that had done those things. Only if the parent did the drugs in front of her child, would they even consider intervening!

CPS won't take the kids unless it can be proved that she isn't taking care of them. Between her parents and the nannies, the kids are pretty much being taken care of. The only thing we can really sayn is that she isn't spending a lot of quality time with her sons. I wish her luck, but I feel sorry for those little boys.

well maybe brit has nannies with her kids all the time so they are safe. Alot of other women will do drugs in the same room or car as their children so they are putting their children in danger right now brit is only hurting herself her kids are probaby home safe.

All we know is she has drank a little. We do NOT know if she has done any drugs.
Just because she shaved her head and got a few new tattoo's does not make her a bad mom.
All of the things she have done NONE of them were EVER done in front of her children.
