You will be amazed at what you are capable of and you will learn that your expectations are going to change dramatically.

It's awesome but exhausting. Your patience will wear out but you will experience love like you have never known.

It all depends on the mom and what kind of experience you have had w/ babies and children. In my case I found it much easier to take care of a newborn and a 2 1/2 year old than it was to just care for my first. there hasnt't been a baby in my family in 10 years before I had my first, and non of my friends had any babies so I had know Idea what I was doing. I was shocked when they just let me walk out of the hospital w/ no instruction manual or anything. I called the maternity ward 3 times in the first 12 hours we were home from the hospital. I wasn't able to really enjoy the newborn stage w/ my first like I did w/ my second. In my experiance I was just very stressed and nervous and would have definatly done me good to have taken a valuum once in a while, lol. I was also very far from family and hadn't yet made any new friends where we were stationed (my husband is in the military). But on the flip side I have friends now that have babies and they didn't have any trouble at all. So it can be stressful and nerve racking but at least for me it wasn't bad enough to stop me from round 2.

It was relay hard because I had been only 18 when I got pregnant . I had on idea what I got my self in for , Because at 28 days old my little girl caught an ammonia and I had no idea of what she was going throw all I know is that I walked the floors for 3 days and nights it just drove me nuts I had called the doctor several time's she told me that it was just gas in the baby's tummy I could not even lay her down with out her crying then that is when I took her in to the hospital and I told that doctor that I wanted her put in under my doctors care and I would not take her home and that was final . To later on to be told if I would have left her like they wanted me to she would have DIED with in 48 hours so you can see just a drop in a bucket of what you might go throw it is none thing to play with believe me it is trying on every part of your body and all your once called friends do not want much to do with you because you are tied down 24-7 it not much fun but there are some too so it depends on how strong willed are you but make sure you have some one to fall back on I did not it was really hard .

It is the most amazing thing in the world.
There are so many things you will experience that no one will ever tell you about (good and bad) and little moments that blow your mind.
It is SO much more work than other women let on....but SO worth it the first time they say "I love you mommy".

Its definetely a challenge.....but so rewarding ! They can make you feel so blessed, so important, and so loved just like they can make you feel guilty, worried and even angry at times.......but once you have them you wouldnt trade them for the world !
