my friend had a few of her children removed by cps and she's pregnant again, she plans on moving to another state to have the baby. I'm very concerned for her i was wondering if cps will still get involved if she s in another state?

For those who already replied.. . they were taken because of drug use (crystal) she is clean and has been for a long time now. they were taken 8/02 7/03 7/04 10/05 the 1st was 9 months and the others were at birth. She would love to get them all back but her rights have already been severed. She's a good person she just wasnt ready with her 1st child

I am by law a mandated reporter. I have seen so many kids that have been abused and the CPS does little or nothing. For the children to be removed she had to screw up pretty bad.

Almost betting drugs were involved. Why doesn't she change her life instead of running and prove to the state she wants her children back and has made good , safe, changes.

If your going to ask a question like this you need to say what the kids were taken for. The ages, and how long taken. Most states do not want to displace children unless they have no choice for the child's safety.

I would suggest that she go to them..... tell them she has cleaned up and ask if they will let her keep this baby. That shows rational thinking.

She should tell them that they can see her home at anytime and will let them drug test her at any time that she is not worried. If she was making the meth it will go harder on her because of the endangering the child. Im online now if u wanna chat.... tammer1973 is my yahoo name.

not unless what she did was really bad and cps tracks her or she is turned in again

if you feel the baby is in danger you can make the call all you have to do is let them know her history and they will watch her and if necessary take the baby
