My three week old seems to always want to feed. It doesn't matter if he eats 4 to 6 ounces, when he is finished he can eat again an hour later. I don't think he is getting full enough from the formula. He never takes more than 6 ouces so giving him more formula at his feeding doesn't help. I thought that if I mixed if with a little cereal maybe he would feel full and not want to take a bottle so often. Giving him so much formula if giving him gas so bad that he cries for hours until we can get rid of it.

My daughter gets hysterical when offered either formula or breast milk from the bottle. She originally refused to breastfeed, but since about 2-3 months she has been breastfed and now vehemently refuses to drink from a bottle or cup. She loves to eat multiple types of spoonfed baby food and even cheerios and nurses well, but will NOT eat from a bottle... What are some of the best methods to help us get her back on the bottle? Thanks!

When do you know when to change your child's formula? My son is 1 month old and has been drinking Enfamil A+ for about 4 days. His bowel movements are terribly painful for him and I wonder if this is due to the formula. When they come out, they are not hard, so I know water or more hydration wouldn't make a difference. He does do them once a day, but I truly hate to see him suffer for at least 30 minutes with these cramps and pain. Is this a reason to switch?

I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor, but in the meantime I thought I'd ask other parents. Thanks!

I am so attached to my 3 and a half month old that I actually feel sad when I have to put her down for naps. I check on her a lot, partly just to see her little face. Just wondering if others felt heart pangs at even brief separations from their babies. I read parenting message boards, and most people seem to be the opposite--trying to find ways to occupy their little ones so they can have a break. I never feel that way at all.

My baby had one of my hairs wrapped around his toe cutting off circulation and it made a really deep crease in his toe. It couldn't have been there for that long, but I got the hair out about 2 hours ago and the crease is still there... Any suggestions??

My daughter cries every time she sees my brother. He has a beard, but so does my dad. Nothing has ever happened to elicit this response. He is the only one she acts this way around. It started when she was about 4 months old. What can I do to help her have fun with or at least tolerate being near her uncle?

I have been trying soft nipple like cups as well as beginner training cups for 3 months. Every time I give my daughter anything in a sippy cup she screams. If I take the top off of it or give her a regular cup, she loves to drink out of it (she even reaches for my drinks), but I can't figure out how to make her like the sippy top. I'm not about to give an 8 mo old a cup that she can spill, but I would like to wean her from the bottle!!

My twin girls turn 3 months old in about a week. It is hard to get anything done at home during the evening because they tend to want to be held all the time. I try putting them in bouncer, swing, on their backs and tummys, in their crib to see if they want quiet time, but they only sit somewhere for a couple minutes and then start crying. they aren't able to hold any toys yet.
