My left side doesn't produce as much milk when I pump and it has a few hard bumps on the top above my nipple. Is this a clogged milk duct?

it doesn't really sound like it to me, a clogged duct is usually petty bg and somewhat painful.

Yes, it sounds like it. A clogged milk duct hurts like heck and you will feel a lump. Use a hot compress for 15 minutes and keep pumping as much as possible. It's true that pumping is not as effective as your baby for sucking all the milk out. I had to pump my left side because my baby would not take that nipple. After a few months, it just dried up completely.

Could be... i had one before, it felt like a pebble in my boob. And after a while it hurt. Doc said to put a warm compress on it a few times a day before feeding or pumping to help loosen it. After a day or so, it finally cleared itself up.

it could well be, try applying a warm flannel and then massage the area before expressing. you might need to repeat this a few times and try feeding your baby on that side more often and express with the other, it should clear up.
