My baby girl is 14 months old, ever since i have started to give her cow's milk she gets very constipated. I have been giving her plenty of fluids throughout the day but doesnt seem to work. All she does is scream each time she tries to poop, and it's hard as anything! when she was younger and had it i used to boil fennel seads in water and then added her fomula that worked a treat, only i seem to be struggling now! please help.

I've left my teen and college years behind me, but I'm still young and my friends are too. They all want to take me out clubbing on New Year's Eve, but I'm not exactly thrilled about the idea. Because I look younger than I am (I'm almost 24), I feel like one of those teen mothers who leave Baby behind with Grandma so they can party and drink. Granted, I won't be doing that (son will be with Daddy) but I feel like as a mother, I shouldn't want to go clubbing and hang around girls who will just get drunk in some sweaty club. I don't drink and there are other ways to have fun with the girls, such as going out to eat, etc.
What do you other Mommies think? Is it acceptable for a Mommy to be in a club with a circle of "Wooo! I'm so buzzed right now!" friends?

My 4 year old daughter is sick. Had her at the doctor yesterday- it's the flu and an ear infection. Now that she is on amoxicillin she's starting to feel better and drink a little. What can I do to get her to drink more?

I am about to go into the third trimester and we FINALLY have a name. Thanks to all the people who gave me advice and helped out. We have settled on Anna Grace..... BUT..... I really like that as a first name. Do you think it sounds best as a first name or a first and middle name? Also, if we decide to go with another middle name what would sound best with it?

my 21 month old has ate little over the past few days.Today she had toast and a yogurt for breakfast refused any lunch or dinner had a yogurt and 2 oz of milk befor bed.This has been like this for a few days.She has a cold and cough so i would like her to eat to help get better i don't force her to eat if she does'nt want it.

For a 13 year old female student to say "I love you (name)" to a former female teacher? And would it be appropriate for the teacher to say "I love you too (name)" back? Just curious..not that the two were linked romantically or anything but they were just close in a student/teacher kinda way. Like if the student looked upon this teacher as a role model or inspiration. What do you think?

Hi, my name is Gretchen and I am 18 yrs old. I just wanted to share with all of the parents out there who are raising teens that we actually do care what you think of us. Yeah, I know we can be pretty cold and seem like whatever you say doesn't effect us, but that isn't the case. We act that way because we are scared as hell. We are in that freaky place called high school where we are desperately trying to fit-in and many times the only way to do so and not get hurt is to act like nothing is bothering us. If your teen is emo or goth (www.urbandictionary.com for those who may not know the full spectrum of those words) PLEASE do not be dissapointed in them. I may not be myself, but I have pleanty of friends who are, and they are the ones who care what their parents say the most. There are very few cases that I have seen in which when a parent insults or compliments their teen it does not effect them at all. So please keep that in mind when you speak to us. We do care, I promise.

I am 40+ weeks pregnant and wondering how much you gained during pregnancy, whether or not you returned to your pre-pregnancy weight, and how long it took to get there. FYI-I was 136 lbs at my six week appt. (5'6) and now weigh a whooping 186 lbs. I plan to begin exercising as soon as possible and have planned 10 5k and 10ks for this spring/summer. I also plan to breastfeed.

i'm 17. my mom made some decisions that caused me to move about 16 times in a 10 or 11 yr period. there was this place we stayed and i liked it there. made friends, enjoy going to school then we moved and i became a loner again. i understand why we moved and i'm thankful for what i have but i just can't stop thinking about it.
i thought parents want their kids to be happy.

I am 32 weeks pregnant and my breasts have increased 1 cup size since before I got pregnant. Is it true that they can still get bigger if I plan on breast feeding? Did your breasts get bigger when you were pregnant and then even bigger when you breastfed? It doesn't bother me that my breasts are bigger, I am just wondering if it is true that the nursing bras I have already purchased might end up fitting me too tightly soon.

I have been maried for 4.5 years its been a rather rocky marriage and we have a 4 yr old daughter together.
We have were seperated almost a year and for 6 months i worked abroad in Ireland.During my stay in Ireland i started briefly seeing someone else to get bad into the being single mode.I recently found out after i got back together with my hubby that im almost 13 weeks pregnant according to the ultra sound.Which would mean that i got pregnant 3 weeks before i came back to the states and would make the Irish guy the dad?I met this Irish guy in a local pub where he was very charming and nice.He works with his dads families contracting business traveling ect, and also dables in pro-fighting or just fighting(sometimes legal and sometimes not so legal).He seemed like an okay guy to me and was sweet to my daughter but my friend who is from his town says part (about half?)of his moms/dads family are Gypsies and cant be trusted?I have the number for his mothers shop do i call?

Do you think that Jaime lynn spears's show ( Zoey 101 ) will be canceled? Its not really a ' childrens ' show, its a teenagers show ( thats why it is shown later in the day, like at 9pm ) Like, what are they ' punishing ' her because she is pregnant? They already have the 4th season tapped. So, can't they just show that season, then by the time it is over Jaime would have already had her kid, and a few months off. then they can start the show again? Maybe postpone it for a FEW months. BUt why cancel it?
What are they punishing her? Do you think her show should be canceled? I dont want it to be.....

I asked earlier if my nose will go back to normal, and the response was mainly "I've never heard of that." So, now I'll ask- did your nose spread when you were prego, and how long before it went back to normal?

If you've never heard of this it happens!! I'd never heard of it till after I was prego. Supposedly if your nose spreads you are having a girl, but that's just an old wives tale- even though I am having a girl!

how early can you detect pregnancy? like if you got an at home test would you be able to tell if you were like 2 or 3 weeks along? or would you have to wait a couple months?
