What do you think of the name Shaylee ( A Girl )

I asked this queston a couple of mins ago, I just want to know the answers to the main question about middle name for makayla, also I am not pregnant? I want to have kids someday, i just love the name makayla, and was finding it hard to find a middle name? Hope I didn't scare anyone with my question.

OK... Long story shot we've been thinking of naming our baby boy ' Jayden ' and since he's due within a month and a half we need to make the decission now. Well at least thats what I say. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the name Jayden. I think its a really nice and a cute name for a boy. Except the father thinks its too 'girly'. Do you guys think that too ? I think its adorable. So he said fine, if we're naming him that, his middle name will be Nicholas (he has a reason for that name, he wants to 'honor' his brother by giving his son the same name, and I have no problem with that) and he'll just call him Nick (at home & stuff) ! Is this a good idea? I dunno cause if he's just gonna dumb the name Jayden and call him Nick then why the heck do we call should we call him that !?

Its confusing I know, but I need opinions. We're fighting over names right now so... lol ! Thanks for your help.

My boy joe is about to turn 3, he is ready to potty train because he takes his nappy off if its wet and tells me hes done a poo, but he is terrified of the potty, and the toilet, my husband had a wee and showed him last night and Joe just screamed and said no, any suggestions?

She is advanced as it is. I dont want to spank her because all it will teach her is how to hit. I was nto spanked as a child and although I was no angel, I never really did anything to be spanked. I dont knock spakings cause I will if I feel a child desperately needs it but I just dont wanna go that route.

my son is 13months old and no-one can believe how he is behaving, he has just started hitting,biting,grabbing stuff and throwing it, touching plug sockets and tv's he knows all these things are wrong and i know hes doing it for attention but its the disiplin side of things i need help with, i have had so much advise from everyone but nothing works he just laughs and gggles and hits again. he is at nursery 5 days a week so this could be the problem but i just dont know what to do anymore and im also scared he might hurt his self when hes in these moods as he goes crazy theres no calming him down. i have tried everything that you hear on the net,tv and from health visitors, everyone said most one yr olds are not like this. so if anyone out there can tell me something else i can try, i need to do something soon. :)

i have a ten month old son who used to go to bed at 730pm and wake at 7 for milk then sleep through until 930am. This week he has been waking up and getting him to bed has been a nightmare he may wake up in the night up to five times and get up at 6am im at my whits end as im tired hungry as im not getting chance to cook myself dinner in the evenings and just feeling really sad.
im a lone parent and altho i have family i dont get help from them i was wondering if anyone had any ideas or similar situations as ive run out of ideas, hes not ill at firdt i thought he was teething but its been a week now...

My friends cannot afford to have a child and do to medical complications, they were advised to not have the baby.

The only option is to have an abortion but thier finances are very limited. Can anyone tell me of a clinic that is not disgusting and dirty that she can have this procedure done?

They live in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.
I know this is a difficult subject and I hope I don't offend anyone who reads this but she has no other option...

Ladies can you help with this one.?
My wife is pregnant with our 2nd child, she is abt 5weeks, she is not driking more then 2-3 glasses of water a day, she is not eating 3 meals a day, she will wake up and drink coffee and 2 slice of wheat bread, and all the long she wont take a bite of anything, around 8pm she will eat dinner with me and i will have to force to glasses of milk on her before she goes to bed.Will she start eating more down the road or there is something wrong with her? i asked her and she tells me she doesnt even get hungry.I will have to put her on kitchen counter like a lil kid and not let her get down till she drinks one big glass of water.thats not normal...help please....i am worried abt her and our kid....by the way she is taking vitamins.

My little boy is terrified of strangers in halloween costumes, plus it is always freezing on Halloween where I live, so I am trying to think up some ideas to have a little halloween party for my kids, they are all under the age of 5, so does anyone have some fun ideas so they can still enjoy some halloween festivities? Ok, that sounds mean, but my really good friend just had a baby, and god love her, she's just not cute. At all. I keep hoping she'll look more average and old manish, but she still looks like a scary alien child (she's a month old). When I'm around my friend she keeps saying, "Oh, isn't she cute...?" and I just can't keep coming up with responses. It's getting stressful. Any ideas?

His science teacher gave bad comments in his report saying that he is easily distracted and disrespectful etc...
She also send me a long email with how distractful he is in the class of 30 kids and she has no time to give him individual attention.She said she had to isolate his desk in the back of the class and in another occasion had to send him outside for the rest of the class!
He is very bright and willing to please, I dont like his teacher putting a label on him that may mark him as trouble maker and affect his school life.
This teacher also mentioned that "other teachers and the administration" had problems with him, (which is not true since I never heard anything about this and the report from other teachers was great.
I am having a meeting with her during parent teacher conference. I dont want to sound too protective and forgiving of my son, but I don't want her to label him either, any suggestions?

Well, we had an eventful day. Our son was caught loading up adult web sites at his grandparents house. When he came home, my wife and I discussed what was going on. We come to find out that one of his 'friends' had shown him adult web sites at another one of his friends houses.
A review of my son's computer showed that he has visited adult web sites several times over the last few weeks. These are fully graphic images. Needless to say, NetNanny is now installed and blocking everything.
A few thoughts and questions: Is he too young for the birds and the bees discussion? (Or are we too late)
We aren't sure which friend originally showed this to our son and we aren't sure which of his friends have seen the same images. Any advice on those conversations with the parents?
Is this normal for boys this age to be curious? Frankly, we are bothered that he has been loading these sites on his own and even did it at his grandparent's house.
He is a great kid and we wish we could undo this all.

He would usually sleep from about 10 o'clock till about 6 the next day. But these last couple of nights he's been waking up like every hour crying like no tomorrow. I usually put him in the bed with me, is it night terrors or just the fact that he wants to be in the bed with me??

We just moved to a new state and I'm not very good at getting around. I'm a stay at home mom and I have a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old. The 6 month old pretty much does her own thing but my 2.5 year old craves constant attention. What are some crafts or games I could do with her to keep her entertained while not completely ignoring my other little girl? She loves to color and dance. How could I incorporate this into our games and activities? Help me think please!!! ;-)

when it is so much cheaper and so much better for your baby to make your own out of fresh fruits and veggies? Have you tasted any of that crap, make some of your own bananas or applesauce and compare the taste, you wouldn't eat it on a regular basis so why would you give it to your baby?

my sons a month old and prob a week after i gave birth i had sex cause i didnt feel any pain, and he pulled out. i was worried that i would get pregnant again. but then on october. 11 i got my period. im still on my period. so since i got my period does that mean im not pregnant? i heard you can be pregnant and still get your period. but when i was pregnant i didnt get my period. i didnt get my period in november then i took a pregnancy test and i was pregnant.
