I have been taking folic acid for abt a year now, shud I continue taking it till I concieve or shud stop at times?

im 32 weeks pregnant and i dont feel my baby kick. I feel him moving and riggling all the time but i never feel him kick. Everyone always asks if the can put their hand on my belly to see if they can feel him kick but he never does. I know he is well because he has a strong heartbeat and is on the move all the time,jiggling my belly about making it move from side to side. My friend is also 32 weeks and she gets big kicks all the time so why dont i? He used to kick me in the early stages but doesnt anymore,he just wriggles about. Does ayone have any ideas? or has anyone else has the same thing as me?

oh my poor precious 3 month old ayden has surgery today, so he cant eat anything until his surgery, and on top of that he woke up early this morning. hes sooo hungry, hes already been crying for 45 minutes, and i have another half hour befor we even leave for the hospital, and over an hour befor his surgery. its take all my will power not to go make the poor thing a bottle. i feel so bad. what can i do to comfort him until we go. im just holding him cuddling him right now, and its breaking my heart!

My right breast produces more milk than my left. I let her eat off the left first, but just as ofter as the right. Is there way to increase my supply. I plan on trying to have her latch onto my left more ofter, and pump if I can. Is there anything some of you suggest besides those things? Thanks.

Hi I am 34 weeks pregnant and I should already have a name picked out for the baby but unfortunately I don't. My boyfriend loves the names Riley Berlin or Keely Berlin. He's really into weird, unique, and different names (hence Berlin as a middle name lol). Does anyone have any name suggestions that might make us both happy lol. my daughter just realised that shes adopted. i dont know how she knows about it. shes angry i hadnt told her. ihad actually decided to tell her when shes 12 years.. shes still 9 years... so i hadnt told her.. now she doesnt talk to us properly, tries to ignore us if we try to talk to her.. i want to talk to her... but she doesnt listen to me... i also have the fear that she may attempt a suicide that shes not living with her own parents... plzplz help........

I normally have a normal 28 day cycle for my period and it usualyl lasts 4 to 5 days. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 2 months, but so far nothing has happend. When i started my period on my usual day this month i thought it was just another let down, but it only lasted 2 days. (from the 12th to the 14th) then i started again midday on the 15th and ended that night. and yet again i started again midday on the 16th or so i thought but it was just a little release and it stopped within that hour. All of these times were really light bleeding. I've heard you can be pregnant and still have your period but i took a pregnacy test and it was negative? A friend told me that when having a period during pregnancy it could mean i release the pregnacy hormone with the period, which would leave nothign for the pregnacy test to catch. Any answers? Do i still have hope?

I don't understand, most experiences in life, especially something as profound as adoption have gradations in them, some good, some bad...

But with adoption it seems that people are determined to pretend it is all good for the adoptee and adoptive parents. All babies want one thing, their mommy, when you have a baby and keep it all the education classes really drive this home, but somehow adopted out babies are different?

Someone on Y!A recently suggested that until they start having a "bad" adoption section only they would avoid the adoption section altogether. I don't understand.

Why can't people who have had difficulty with adoption speak out about it?

Why do people think they are speaking for all people? My best adoptee IRL friend is glad she was adopted, she grieved horribly as a child, I knew her then, and I don't remember grieving at all, she baffled me when she talked about it, but I certainly didn't put her down.

People say that if the heartrate is low then it is a boy, if it's high then it's a girl. My baby's heartrate at 9 weeks was 170 and at 12 weeks it was 120.

I just wanted to share with everybody the ultrasound pic of my baby at 12 weeks 2 days. My last 2 pregnancies ended in miscarriage so I'm very excited that this one is going along just fine.

I'm young(not too young) and have been married now for a while and want to try and have a baby. It's been my dream my whole life. Instead of dreaming up the perfect wedding,I always imagined the perfect kid. Im not obsessed I just feel as thought for me,its time. But my husband doesn't feel as it is for him and I would NEVERforce him into someting like that right now if he doesnt feel it's time. Yet, how much longer should I stay around and wait. I love him but this is just building up inside me...aww this is selfish huh

I'm newly divorced and dating a great guy on wealthyromance.com(at least he seems great after five dates). Things seem to be progressing so quickly ? I'm excited but also wary. Daughter wants new boyfriend to move in cuz he doesn't get along with his parents. They were his foster parents, then adopted him and his sister when little. Because I know a baby who is almost 18 months old and she isnt even standing. I am beginning to wonder if something is wrong. Her parents say she can pull herself up onto the couch but she was late on crawling too.
