Not really in terms of pregnancy - you are probably coming down with a cold. Nice warm bath or shower, climb back into bed?? Hot drink?

I've not heard of this maybe you're coming down with a cold, the best thing is to make yourself a hot drink and wrap yourself up in a nice thick jumper. If you then start feeling hot and sweaty you're probably feverish and may be getting a cold. You can take paracetomol in pregnancy but not aspirin or ibuprofen (nurofen)

with both my prenancies i was like this very early on. i was so tired and cold and generally felt run down . everything was fine for me and i soon perked up. anythibg that worries you is worth checking with a doctor just for peace of mind but it is totally normal to worry about every little thing in pregnancy. good lucka nd rest

Your doctor may want to check your iron levels. You could be anemic. It may just be hormones at work though. Tired could be a sign of anemia also, but of course that goes with pregnancy. Mention both of these issues to your physician at your next visit. If you are not taking pregnancy vitamins you probably need to get on them.

im 8 weeks pregnant and im on/off cold and hot! Everyones different, your bodies adjusting!!
If your that cold i would ring doc just incase and makesure your all ok.
You will have blood tests done in 2 weeks that will tell you whether your anemic etc!

your probably getting a cold, and your body is diverting blood to protect you vital organs and the baby, you need to wrap up, turn the heating up, and drink lots of hot drinks.
If your still worried call NHS direct on 0845 4647

i felt like this when i was about 15weeks pregnant i had to go to the maternity ward n get checked out n it turned out to be a bad urine infection n i needed antibiotics and strong painkillers, i was allowed home the same night though,
if your worried get it checked out, its better to be safe than sorry.
hope this helps and congratulations.

It just means you need to put another layer on, or turn up the heating. It's nothing to do with being pregnant.
