Im having trouble with names for a boy. My name is Jessica Nichole (i dont really want it to have anything to do with jessica) and my husbands name is Alexander Martin. We dont want it to be EXACTLY like our names but maybe something a little similar. Also just any good boy names with the letters, A, R, N, E, L. I like names that are more different. not so much aaron, ryan, nathan, ethan, or lucas; stuff like that. And just whats some other good names?

This guy at my work told me that his motto is,..."Spray and pray." And, I asked, "What are you spraying, and where are you spraying this stuff??????" I mean, is it air freshener that's sprayed in the air??? How will that work? I'm pretty sure this guy's got around 20 or more children wandering about he knows nothing about!

Hi im a 19 year old new mommy and wanted some advice. My son is 3 months old. He is 15 lbs 2 oz and eats 6 oz with a teaspoon of cereal about every 4 1/2 hours.( except at night he usually only every 9 hours. Can i start spoon feeding him cereal yet, anf if not when do you start? thanks to all answers:)

My mother in law who lives all the way across the world, and who has medical problems is coming for 2 to 3 months to stay with my husband and I when I give birth. The plane flight is 27 hours away. It is only right that she stays for a while, and she will help me and all that.

I just was worried that I will get totally tired of her and get all crazy feeling, or will I be so tired, that I will welcome any assitance.

My husband has asked me to try to understand that she is the only one that can come over here, because it is so expensive ($3000 to fly) and I should relax.

How do I not become selfish and learn how to deal with my mother in law living with us for 2 to 3 months.

BTW...she is a very caring woman and I like her...thank God.

I'm just worried, I won't have any alone time with my baby while i have the opportunity to be home with maternity leave.

Starting with P-. Better ending with -sy or -son sounds but not a must.

But I really do not like names too common or too special making people not free to call.

Are Percy, Pensy, Passion, Penson, Patience good options? Hope to know your comments.

My 7 yr. old son has Tourette's (diagnosed by a ped. neurologist) and his tics have gotten worse this year i think from more work in 2ND grade,etc. and he is getting more hyper and aggressive and flies off the handle or gets extremely upset about things. He is not that way at school,he has the tics all day his teacher said but not hyper? He gets that way at home and especially at night when he is crabby or tired. Was just wondering if anyone has experienced this or as his TS is getting a little worse he is getting more hyper and "crazy" ha ha! Iam sure he feels more comfortable at home so he acts like that more here then at school or his sports? He is not on meds just because i am trying to hold out unless his tics really start to bother him.His teacher has a son with TS so she accomodates and understands to make him more comfortable. Let me know if any info???

If you had a sister who had an ex-fiance named the same name you were going to name your baby, would you consider changing the name of your baby? It was years ago that she was together with him and she's happily married now, but I can understand her frustration (he was quite a jerk). I am dilated to a two and will probably deliver in the next day or two. Would you consider changing the name (which is currently Matthew Wade)?

I am 22 year old college student with no job or financial security of any kind. My boyfriend is also 22, but not is a high school drop out with no job. My parents don't approve of us and told me if I got pregnant I would have to quit school, which I will not do, I am almost done. The thing is, they are both in their fifties and don't view things the way I do, and it causes problems. I love my boyfriend and am very excited about this baby she's going to be named Emma Elisabeth for her father's last name starts with an e too so we can call her triple e. But I don't know the best way to tell my parents about it. I'm 6 months pregnant so, they will notice when I go home for christmas, but I want to tell them before I go home. I live 45 minutes away from school and hospital, so if I go into labor at home it won't be a big deal to get to the hospital, but still worried about how to tell them and how they will take it.

1)I went and got his original birth certificate. He was named "Baby Boy ******" do you think it hurt him to see he didn't have a name?

2)We plan on to move to a community that has many adoptive families and a great special-needs program. Do you think it will help to be around other adopted children?

3)We have tons of pics of everyone in the b-family ( I got them myspace...is that wrong?)

4)I attempt to keep in contact with b-family (but they're not to interested.) Should I keep trying or just accept that they don't want contact?

5) kept the doggie his b-dad bought for him when he was in the NICU. I let him play with it and he keeps it in his crib. I want him to enjoy it.

6) I have all of his birth records and an extensive medical history of both sides of the fam. Will it hurt him to read about the day he was born. HE was SOOOO sick and almost died because of the decisions his b-parents made. Not sure how to handle this one. I know to be honest, but it'll hurt him.

My husband bought deli meat these last two weeks and I have eaten one like everyday! I would heat the meat, but not sure if I did it long enough...anyways, I wasn't aware of listeria and now I'm freaking out...should I go to the hospital and get a blood test to make sure I don't have it. Everytime i tell my daughter "no" she laughs at me. She will hit me and i will grab her hand and tell her "that hurts mommy, dont hit" and she laughs and continues to hit, or do whatever shes not suppose to be doing. I started temping last month and I wasn't temping at the same time so Fertility Friend couldn't pin point my O day. This month I have been temping the exact same time a day. FF had my O day detected and then when I put in today's temp (it had dropped a little) they said they couldn't detect it. I dicarded it just for today so I still have a cover line and I'm hoping tomorrow my temp goes back up. I'm concerned that I'm not ovulating, I have a period every month, but I've heard that doesn't mean u are ovulating. I know I need to relax, but this is our 8th cycle and I just really want to be PG.
Any advice would be welcome.

Ok well I am 14 and I think some of it has to do with my age. Well sometimes I feel like nobody really understands me. I AM NOT DEPRESSED...just so you peoples know that. But I mean my mom tells me I am kinda weird because I wear skinny jeans and band shirts and converse and stuff. And then she tells me about my music. Its like all she wants to do is nag on me and piss me off. I know she is my mom but like my dad is different. He likes my music and likes the way I dress because I am expressing myself. Its like sometimes my mom wants me to be the picture perfect daughter when I am not. Yeah I get good grades and do what I am told, but sometimes I don't do what she asks me to do because I don't see why I should be doing her stuff. I just feel like I am trying to find my place still, and a lot of the kids at my school don't really dress the way I dress. Like they wear Hollister A&F and all that.
