My first two daughters are Amanda and Ally (Alexa), and then we stopped the A-A theme and went with Jenna for our third.
Does anyone have any naming trends for their children?

Jenna was born Jennifer and the next day after we got some sleep, we changed it to Jenna, since we liked it a lot better. Their names all ending in a's was not intended, but we will continue the tradition so that no one feels left out.

Jenna was going to be Arianna early in the pregnancy until my husband encountered a toddler Arianna who was sort of a brat, so we decided to nix that right away. Another one of our choices was Marina, which I still like, but my husband isn't fond of.

My half-brother is Raymond Jr., my half-sister is Reagan, and I am Rachel, a little confusing at times, but my dad, Ray, jokes that he liked his name so much that he decided to use it in each of our names.

I didnt...(Jacob, ALexander, and Cheyenne) but my brother and his wife did....their are: John Charles, Kyle Brandon, and Laurenne Ashley.....notice its J-K-L for the first names than C-B-A for the middles...she followed the alphabet I think its kind of neat

Two of the kids have the first letter E the third I gave a name that sounded like an E name but was actually an A name.
People thus assumed that the kid with the A name was actually a girl name that started with an E. Erin instead of Aaron.
It wasn't much trouble. And I can't say I wouldn't do it again.

My sister's three girls all end in a. which they didn't plan, it just came out that way.

Yes, sort of. We ended up using my son's middle name as his given name, Cliff. So I wanted a "C" name for our daughter, too....ended up with Cheyenne. On paper, the C's match, but they are pronounced differently. I think it might have helped a little with my confusing and stumbling over the names when I'm trying to call them--a common complaint I hear from grandmas and other relatives when the kids names are so similar. I also wanted them named for someone in the family, which we did with their first names---my daughter's other name happens to be Jenna after her two grandmas with middle names Jean and Jeane.
You've got a trend going with "a's" on the end of their names!

I think the same letter names look cute printed on Christmas cards and such, but like everything else, some people take it to extremes.

My husband's uncles are: Richard, Raymond, Roger and Ronald. His father is Robert. He is Robert Jr and his brother is Ryan. His cousins are Ronald Jr, Roger Jr and.... Zachary, lol. I fit the 'R' trend with my name and my husband wanted to continue it with our children. I said no, mostly because there were no more good 'R' names left for boys, lol. So our daughter is Aleksandra. I am 6 weeks pregnant with #2, and it will be Danica for a girl or Wyatt for a boy. I also know a family whose girl's are Janet, Judi and Jeanna. The father is Jim. I think it can get confusing sometimes. I wouldn't do it personally.

Oh that's so the suitable question for me. All of my new child's names start up with M additionally. i could no longer help yet to do it because of the fact that my father's call is Mark, and that i've got a sister & brother named Marcus and Michelle. and then my call is Martiya. So listed here are my kiddies, Marliah 3, Maubrey 2, and Michael (5 months old) Oh yeah and hubby is a Mike additionally! All our acquaintances call us M&M's Or the MJ's

I would do it, if I liked the names. For example, my first girl name will be Daphne. My fiance and I have discussed at length boy names, but can't quite agree. Our first boy will be either James or Deacon. Using Daphne first won't guarentee or prevent me using Deacon, and visa versa.

I don't like naming trends at all. I like names for the names themselves, and will use them as I see which ones fit my children.

My whole family has completely different names from each other. My parents are Brett and Margo, my sister and I are Amelia and Katherine. People still say the wrong name when referring to one of us!

I have the same initials as my father, grandfather, great grandfather, and so on (BB), but otherwise there are no naming trends in my family. I think naming trends for siblings are cute as long as they are not annoyingly obvious (i.e. the family with 17 "J" names!). Subtle ones are nice (ie. ending in the same letter or having the same number of letters). When it comes to naming your children just pick names you love, don't make it harder on yourself by only picking a name because it fits the trend. Your girls have beautiful names by the way, good luck!

Hi, I have 3 kids and they all have the same first letter(D) and my boys have the same letter for their middle name also and my daughter have the same letter as i do for the middle name. I don't think that there is anything with naming them like that. some times when i want to call one of them i end up saying all of their names.

I started out to stick with a BR theme, so I named my first Brandy and my second Brandon. I chose Brett for my third, but when I saw him, he just didn't look like a Brett. So I named him Tyson.

Ours are (oldest to youngest) Eoin, Bryan, Breandan, and Aigan. I wouldn't name with the same letter again - too confusing at times, especially as Dad is Bryan too. However our naming trend is to choose an Irish name.

Have fun! (:
