Starting with P-. Better ending with -sy or -son sounds but not a must.

But I really do not like names too common or too special making people not free to call.

Are Percy, Pensy, Passion, Penson, Patience good options? Hope to know your comments.

Thank you so much!

I like Percy and Penson. I think they'd be great names! I'm not a huge fan of Patience, Passion, or Pensy though. They just don't seem "namely" to me. Like Precious, I don't think that's a good name, but many people name their little girls that. I really like Penson though!!!

Here are some more "P" names...

Preston
Payton
Perry
Patrick

Posie/Posey
Payla
Patricia
Penny

Hmm. I'd go with Parker.
But if you like -sy / -son endings...
Parkerson, and he can be nicknamed Parker or Park for short. Maybe Parkson?

I'm not a fan of Percy, Pensy, Passion, Penson, & Patience for a boy though, they sound a bit feminine.

For a boy:

Payton
Payson
Pacey
Parson
Patron
Parcher
Peterson
Presley
Percy
Pace
Preston
Parker
Paulson
Patrick
Payton
Pierce
Philip
Perry
Perkin
Powell
Prentice
Price
Purdy
Pervis
Pascal
Princeton
Payce
Paden
Palmer
Pan
Pryan
Priam
Pathan
Pevin

I think that Percy, Pensy and Penson work well, but Patience and Passion have become feminine. Use them with caution on a boy. Middle name or not at all, in my opinion.

Good luck finding the perfect name.

For a girl? I like Passion and Patience, but Penson sounds like a boy name.

Percy is cute! Or Perry/Parry.

Pensy could work, but maybe as a nickname instead? Like it could be for Penelope Sophia (a lot of people I know combine their first and middle names for a nickname).

Passion and Patience probably won't go over so well on the playground. Penson is okay.

Other names:

Patsy
Posey
Pippa (Philippa)
Paisley
Presley
Payton
Parker
Penelope
Portia
Percival (Perry)
Paolo
Pascal (I love this name, but might not be your style.)
Pax/Paxton
Paz (Means peace, could be a nn for Pascal lol)
Peony
Peregrin (Perry)
Pierson
Poppy (another favorite)

Sorry most of them don't fit your requirements but they were all I could think of =P lol. congrats on the baby.
