the most important and vital years of your young childrens lives (0-3) ??? or are you okay with the fact that they were in a daycare center at an early age while you worked to provide for them ? reason for the question is : i am considering having a second child but i always said i would not have a baby unless i could stay home with them (at least till 2 or 3), i just dont think i could give birth and then go back to work handing them over to someone else for the majority of the week ??? i mean 2 or 3 little years out of my whole life to make such a difference in mine and the babys life. anyways just looking to get some opinons.

She started moving yesterday like there was no tommorrow, but then there was no movement at all the next day. Is that normal? I am 20 weeks and 2 days.

I have had it for about 3 or 4 weeks now , it comes and goes. Has anyone had this happen during pregnancy and what was it or what did it mean? I have found things on the web that said it isn't good but no real explanation of what it could be so i would like to hear from someone who has had it while they were pregnant. I do go to the doc tomorrow and plan on asking him.

I mean, everyone already knew or at least suspected this. She was keeping it "secret" to protect her privacy. Well, why does she think that the rest of the world is waiting with bated breath to hear that she's pregnant? Do you think that this is conceited?

On another question someone stated SAHM "Stay at home moms" as being as hard as 2 full time jobs.
I'VE been both. I'm a mom to a 10 month old 11 year old 9 year old. I curently work. FOR ME working then having household childcare to look after after work is way "so much more" demanding then when i only had the home and kids to look after. YES SAHM do work i'm not saying it's easy!. FOR ME personally working and then coming home is a whole giant TON harder.

Thanks to everyone who answered my last question. He was a little upset at first, but now he's sleeping in his swing. Ugh, I'm just a new mom and it's really scary. Should I let him sleep? OR wake him up? He ate a little and went to sleep. I think he has a little tiny bump towards the right side of his head.

Problem is he was ALREADY acting different because he just got a bunch of vaccines on Monday, and his legs were already sore and making him upset. So it's just crazy, I don't know if he's sleepy from Tylenol, hitting his head, or what. He really seems fine, but mainly I just don't know if I should wake him up or not?

Hey for people who no me there is no need to explain. but for people who dont here is a summary

I have PCOS and on the 27th of september i ovulated for the first time in months maybe years.

I BD on the 27 and 29th on september have had sore bb's since 3dpo and im now at 13dpo. had a neg hcg test on 8dpo and neg test on EPT yesterday 12dpo.

I have still got mild cramps since 10dpo and had sor bbs since 3dpo. These symptoms only occur 1 day before my AF so its a little unusual for them to be around this long.

My temp has been up since ovulation.

The cramps were really bad 10dpo i could barely stand a some points but now are just light cramps or the past 2 days.

Just checked my cervix and it gone back to being kinda soft (not as soft as when i ovulated and a little higher) after i ovulated it went back to being low and hard so it has changed since ovulation.

Does this happen during early preg?

Also i had creamy cm after ov and now its quite alot *continued*

What are the signs?

2007-10-10 01:08:42 · 2 answers · asked by Teri 3 in Trying to Conceive

I have made statements that have been blasted by some, and embraced by others.

I am wondering if the people that blast my comments are blasting them because they truly believe that there is no such thing as a good or proper adoption.

Do you truly believe that every agency/attorney is only in it for the money, and has no interest in a better life for a child?

Do you really think that all birth mothers are deceived and lied to?

Do you really believe that children are better off being told that their birth mother chose to not raise them? Am I a lesser person because I chose to raise another person's child?

We are good people. We are unable to have a biological child. We know that the child that we are raising is not our biological child. We also know that we will love him/her as much as we would a biological child.

It's 5 am, I'm freaking out. My 2 month old son was laying on his boppy pillow being fed, I fell asleep, and he slipped off of the pillow onto the carpet. He seems okay, but I don't know if he could have a concussion. My husband already left, and I don't know if I should call someone to take me to the hospital or not. My husband took my truck, his is being worked on. Our hospital here is horrible, and I'd probably wait like 11 hours so I hate to take him there unless I need to. Please help. I"m really upset and really scared.

as long as she is drinking liquids she is fine. I am begining to get worried and so is my mom because my 2 year old daughter just doesn't want to eat...she will pick here and there and eat junk like chips, popsicles, and fruit snacks (does take vitamins daily and I do make her eat fruits and vegi's in place of her junk snacks). I wasn't too worried before because she drank her milk/tolddler milk every morning and night but that has slowly stopped. She weighs 25lbs and they say that is fine...How can I get my little girl to eat?!?!?!?!!?!?!!?

2 woman have found out they were given the wrong babies when they left the hospital. The babies are now 10months old. They want their own babies back, but they have grown to love and care for that child. One woman is still breast feeding. What would you do, would you swap or carry on caring for the baby you have grown to love?
