Hypothetically if your child was at a friends home and you find out the parents own a gun, what would you do? would you allow your child to continue playing there? whould it even cross your mind to ask that question before you allow your child to play?

I'm 19 and I did a pregnancy test and found out that I am about 5 months pregnant. I talked about the options with my boyfriend. I'm leaning more towards an abortion because this was accidental in the first place, I don't know how to tell my parents, I'm in college, the timing is really bad and I don't want my family to just see my boyfriend as "the guy who got me pregnant at 19". (I've been with him for more than 2 years now). He is supporting me in whatever decision i make, but I'm personally just having second thought about this. I know it's normal, but i would appreciate help from anyone who's had an abortion or was close to one, or just any advice at all.

I am 17 and I was homeschooled aka unschooled for most of my life. last year for 11th grade my parents let me go to the community college for a dual enrollment program. this was great in many ways because my classes were free, and all I had to do was pay for books. I was able to take some very useful and fun classes, but there was a catch. my dad is a teacher at the community college. a math teacher. I hate math with a holy passion, and my dad knows it. he will only let me continue going to the college if I spend one hour a day sitting in one of his math classes. I feel like I am locked in a cage for that hour. every one on the class thinks that I should know all the answers because my dad is the teacher. my dad thinks that I should know all the answers simply because he is a college math teacher, like I should have gotten it through genetics or something. I am failing the class right now, my dad is mad and I don't know what to do?

Can some body please give me a reason why I am having sore hard tender breast nipples, and lite cramps that comes and goes?

My last AF was Sept 12 when Is the best time to test? (I have pcos)

I did clomid and metformin this month as a combo for the 1st time, but lfor the last 3 months i just did clomid and didn't have any problems like this, my cycles are irreguler.

how soon does Metformin works?

Is it true ladies with pcos have a higher chance of conceiving twins?

I am taking clomid 100mg (3-7) and metformin 500mg 2x a day

I guess i was at about 8 weeks, I just started hitting my stomach and reflexing my abdomen muscles..
I didn't bruise my stomach but i hit it pretty hard several times.
I havnt bled. and that was about a week ago before i knew i was pregnant. I just am wondering if the fetus is dead in me and is just stuck... im so worried.. cause i want this child in my life... please help.. message me on IM if you need more details.

My sister is having a halloween party for her daughter. She will have 13-16 year olds. She's having music and snacks. She wants to keep them coming back for more. Ok so i have a 3.5yr old who has a fetish for dumping stuff out. I mean anything from shower gel to milk. Its like the second i'm taking a break or having to use the bathroom he is dumping something out. I have no help here at home because my oldest son is at school all day and the hubby works. I think he does it to lash out at daddy cause daddy is never home, daddy works 14hr days then comes home and sleeps and is gone before my 3yr old wakes up. I have tried over and over again the dumping this stuff out causes a big mess and its not nice and he shouldn't do it. Then to top it all off he dumped my hand lotion into his brothers playstation2 and i have no idea how to tell him. I need a remedy for this situation because i can't take it anymore. Sometimes when he goes pee in the bathroom he'll tell me he is going poop when really he is dumping out another bottle of shampoo.

This might seem like a really silly question but I'm very serious. My son is almost two. He's always been very advanced in fine and gross motor skills--running, jumping, climbing, etc. The thing that we're lacking on is his cognitive development--the stuff that we work on indoors. He has many puzzles and can't figure them out which is okay but he shows no interest in them whatsoever. He enjoys reading but I want to find a way to make stories and learning more fun. He colors but soon finds it more fun to tear the paper from the table. I'm sure you get the gist.

So, what do you do to make learning fun? How do you play with your children indoors without them loosing interest? What are some good ways [indoors] to teach him valuable lessons sort of in disguise? It seems the only way he's happy is when we're outdoors on walks or at the park but we can't do that all day!

In july i had a regular pd at the beginign of the month and towards the end.. i started bleeding again and it was not normal. this lasted bout 8 days and a normal pd is only 3 or 4. and it was fire bright red. i again started my pd the beginign of Aug. any idea why this was? someone told me it could be a possible miscarriage??

My 2 year old sister started talking to a boy named "Cala" about a month ago. It's the weirdest thing, and everyone I've told says that usually 2 year olds don't have imaginary friends. That's what I thought also, that was more of a 5 year old thing. But it gets weirder.
My mother had an abortion in early September due to complications, I can usually tell if someones having a girl or a boy and I was SURE my mother's was a boy. It was the day after the procedure my sister started talking to "Cala".
She was sitting on the floor with her toys and she turned her head to the side and started talking, a complete conversation. I asked who she was talking to and she said "I talkin' a Cala". I was a little confused so I asked who Cala was and she said "Calas a lil baby boy".
Since then, she talks to him ALL the time. She'll be talking to me and stop to answer someone who's not there.

What are your thoughts on this?

I found out a few weeks ago I had a short cervix, I also had high bloodpressure (which did go down), and a uti(the uti is cleared up now). Right after I found out I had high BP, the nurse practitioner said bedrest until monday and no sex. I went to the appointment that Monday and saw my real doctor and everything was perfect and I asked if I was still on bedrest and she said "Well you need to recharge your battery sometimes.."so it doesn't sound like it's strict bedrest anymore. I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's okay to still have sex though when you have a short cervix? I wasn't sure if that practioner meant no sex until that monday or for the rest of my pregnancy.
