The nice thing about a name like Andrew, is that it's not going to be on the top 10 list! My husband and I went with very traditional names for our children and it has been very nice. My name was very popular when I was born (my parents thought they were being unique!) and I hated that I always had to use my last inital. I could never be just Amanda.
So naturally, I think Andrew is a very nice name and he might actually be the only one in his class with that name!

No, it is not boring at all.
With all due respect to the people who name their kids the 'trendy names'...I find those names to be boring, because most kids these days have a so-called 'different' or 'unique' name.
Don't worry about anyone else's opinion. Name your baby a name you love...:)
