Actually, I'm not entirely sure if those are Italian, but they sound nice with Botti. Congrats on the boy - Vincenzo is a cool variation on Vincent. Anything that ends in an -o would be great.

I love the name Isabella, but it really only fits with Italian last names (so I can't use it, but you could). How about Giuseppe for a boy? I also once met a girl named Giuseppina. Lucia is another pretty girls' name.
