I know caffine is not good at this point but I feel like drinking it at work hours when I feel sleepy to wake me up or sometimes a cool drink. Will this harm baby? please give me some suggestions.

I'm pregnant and if we have a girl what name would go good with temperance.
I had the joy of naming our first daughter Evelyn Kenzie
And my husband likes the name temperance (which is alright cause I want another older name since Evelyn is a old fashion name, but what would go with it for a middle name.

I have been having really bad headaches. My doctor told me Tylenol is safe but I have taken 2 pills a days for the last 3 days. Is that too much?

I'm 27 weeks and 6 days. I get at least one bad sinus infection a year, sometimes two, spring and fall. I'm in the first bad day of one now. Today when I woke up, my glands were a little swollen, my ears are tender, etc. Is there anything I can take for it? Is it better to call the doc and try to go straight to a prescription or will he tell me to get something at the store?

i have a 2 month old and it is hard splitting my time between the 2 of them. of course my 2 month old gets most of the attention because of brestfeeding diapers and calming her down if she is fussy. my son almst 4 will not play by himself . he will only play when some one is playing with him. and when i can't he just wants to watch t.v.. i'm not to crazy about t.v, for him in the first place but he watches a total of 5 hours a day. spaced out of course. i feel terribale...

Okay so my "baby" is 3 years old, but she has strep. I don't feel that great today either but it is just a headache and a swollen gland on one side of my neck. I don't think those are signs of strep. Should I call my doctor and tell them I have been exposed or will they even do anything since I am not really having symptoms of it. Also, if I do get step, can I take anything for it? And, can it hurt the baby?

My kids are beyond the chewing toy phase, but with all these recent recalls over lead in toys, I wonder if their old toys had lead in them too. Should I take them to the doctor and have their blood checked???? What about ourselves? I had a lot of plastic toys as a kids and who knows what was in them.

I plan on having more than 1 child. I am very particular about the names I choose for a boy and a girl. I can't have them sound too similar to each other or start with the same letter. I want to just let go and name the baby what I like but I can't seem to do that. Do any of you get so anal about what you name your children?

If i am Pregnant , And still on the Pill , could i have a Miscarriage?

I have been on the Pill for 2 Months BUT i am pretty sure i am pregnant again! I ahve two more active pills left on my pack!
But i was wondering , should i keep taking it till i get a possitive test? Or go off it now/? Or won't that casue me to have a "fake" period , if i go off it like that , with pills left?

And if i do get a Positive , will the Pills i have been taking , Hurt my Baby!? ( never been on the pill before , and have 2 kids )

I have a big problem here to deal with. Normally i work first shift but i have been transfered to third shift starting in one week. My husband works 2nd shift at the same place as I do. My question is this I have a 14 yr old a 12 and 11 yr old, legally is it ok for me to leave them sleeping at home alone just long enogh for me to drive the 5 to 10 minutes to work for my husband to take car as soon as i get there and go strait home. Not more than 30 minutes will be needed for me to get there and him to get back home. This is at like midnight.. the only other way to do this is to wake them up and have them get in the car and drive there with me. But i dont want to have to disturb their sleep cycle and possibly cause them problems at school for sleep deprevation. I live in Indiana does anyone have any thoughts for me.

My co-worker just came back from a dr appt. she and her hubby have been trying for 4 years to conceive. They have no children, yet. They just did the first round of IFV. I don't think it worked. she had not spoken to anyone and walked in the office all red in the face like she had been crying.

My son goes in for his 12 month vaccines today.....and I'm concerned about the stuff I've read on mercury content in the vacciness related to autism. Is there any shots that I should have some second thoughts on or perhaps discuss with his pediatrician. ? Or are there any shots that parents have put on hold for the same reason ?
