I know caffine is not good at this point but I feel like drinking it at work hours when I feel sleepy to wake me up or sometimes a cool drink. Will this harm baby? please give me some suggestions.

DECAF? of course its alright. The trace amounts of caffeine found in decaf is NOT enough to harm your baby.
Now, you might want to make sure its non fat, and you might find the sugars in the drink effect you more than caffeine ever would

It won't harm the baby, because there isn't that much caffeine in decaf coffee. However, keep in mind that the sugar in those things is probably worse than the amount of caffeine... not that it will HARM anyone, but it's definitely not a good thing. I wouldn't worry about once or twice a week--I'm guilty of the same thing--but don't let it get out of hand.

It is an old wives tale that caffeine is bad for the baby. Recent studies have shown that moderate caffeine intake is safe. 2-3 regular cups of coffee or 1 espresso a DAY, not a week, are safe amounts to consume. And actually if the decaf is not "Naturally decaffeinated" it uses chemicals, which are not safe.

You are allowed 300mg of caffeine a day -however depending on the size of the latte it may have more than that (particularly from say starbucks but they have booklets available with the nutritional info -can't remember if it lists caffeine).

However decaf - GO NUTS. Ok sure its high in sugar and that's not great for you but within reason it isn't a concern. You can get it low-fat if you are worried about your weight gain.

If it's decaf, no worries about the caffeine. Unless you have diabetes, no worries about the sugar either. There are many restrictions while pregnant - relax and take your "innocent" pleasures where you can. Happy decaf latte drinking! (:

It's ok if you're only drinking it once or twice a week. Even one cup of coffee everday is fine. Just remember to drink lots of water too.
