I like all three names, but Brody would get my vote. ;)

Brady seems more common, even trendy, with the number of Bradens (and its various misspellings) currently out there, so I prefer Brody as a less-expected, but obviously similar option. To be fair, I've always loved Brody anyway. Just a bit more a name and less word-like, know what I mean (my husband always thinks of "braiding hair" when he hears Braden/Brady LOL).

Cole is fine as well, but I found the combination Cole Michael a bit difficult to say without it sounding like Carmichael or something. ;) It'd be fine as a shortening of Colin Michael, but I don't care for the flow on its own.

Hope that helps! ;)

Edited to add: Brody is far less common than Brady/Braden/Brayden (all three in the top 150!), not to mention Braeden (331), Braydon (396), Braiden (602), Bradyn (675) and Braedon (744), nearly all of which are called Brady at some point. I've yet to come across a common misspelling of Brody, however, so its 147 is solid. Definitely more refreshing. ;)

Also, I'm assuming Michael has special meaning to you and wouldn't be moved regardless, but "Michael Cole" most certainly does not sound better than Cole Michael. While the latter is a bit difficult to say together, MIE-kul KOL is incredibly repetitive. Doesn't anyone say these aloud? I wouldn't recommend that at all. LOL

I really like cole as a first name. I don't think Michael goes well for a middle name.

I also really like Brody Michael.

Those are three very cool names! I like them because they are young, modern, and masculin.

My fave is Cole Michael because of the repeated Ls and Cs. Also, Cole means "victory of the people" and I think that that is a nice meaning, someone who will fight to do the right thing.

I like Brady Michael alot because of the A sound repeated, but Brady reminds me of the Brady bunch.

I think Brody is a great sounding name but it means muddy place, which I don't think is that great a meaning.

Which one goes better with your last name: Cole or Brady? If you have a shorter last name, go with Brady, and longer one go with Cole.
Or:
if it has strong C, O or L sounds, pick Cole.
if it has strong B R A or D sounds, pick Brady
