It is prettier looking at than saying. I personally do not like the name. I mean why not just go ahead and name her heaven, that would sound better.

I'm sorry, I can't stand it. If you're going for the "heaven backwards" fad, it ought to be spelled Nevaeh, anyways. Neveah/Niveah/Nuvayah all look like you don't know how to spell heaven.
Then, the pronounciation is iffy. Pronounced ni-VAY-uh, it's silly. If you say ni-VAY, it sounds like Nivea skin care creams! No matter how you pronounce it, it sounds made up and ghetto. Also, it's super trendy, especially among teenage moms. Plus, I was fairly sure that when you do religious things backwards, it meant the opposite, so it comes across as uneducated.
It gets an all-around thumbs down from me.
If you want names that mean 'Heaven", here's some:
Araceli -Heavenly altar
Avari -heavenly
Celeste
Elysia
Leilani- Heavenly flowers
Nalani
Kalani -Heavenly breeze
Lulani -Highest heaven
Ciel
Aolani -Heavenly clouds
Sileas

Nevaeh is dumb. Heaven spelled backwards, is not a meaning
Nevaeh is common, it was rank 43 out of the top 1000 names
I would never use it
Celine, Celina both mean heaven

quite possibly the most annoying name of the 21st century, it would be one thing if people said my daughters name is Nevaeh but they always have to add " heaven spelled backwards" it drives me insane when the childs name turns into a sentance. i also noticed that you spelled it AH at then end, if that was intentional thats fine but thats not heaven spelled backwards if thats what you wanted

Makes me think of Flava Flav and the girl that was trying to hook up with him. Do you know what show I'm talking about?

I think it's even worse than Nevaeh and you can't get much worse than that, in my opinion. At least you didn't say "it's almost heaven spelled backwards."

Im not quite sure how Im supposed to pronounce it. Im sort of going with "Niv-ee-ah" - which I think is a hand-cream.
How about Niamh?
