Can stopping birth control cause you to ovulate very early in your cycle? Or maybe this is a better question.... How early in your cycle can you ovulate?

The reason I ask is... I stopped BC at the end of last cycle.. Started my period on June 7.. Due to start my period again next week around the 4th.. but saturday I had spotting.. Lasted a little over a day.. nothing much at all. I was wondering if I could have ovulated early and that was implantation bleeding?

My son's dad gets him every other weekend and 3 full weeks out of the summer. He just came back from the first full week. Anyhow, when he left he was still on an prescription antibiodic from the doctor and his dad refused to give it to him because he is an herbal freek!!! Is he allowed by law to make that decision of not giving it to him? My son is only 8 so he has no say so in anything. just curious!!

But clearly the embarrasment , ignorance, lack of education etc demonstrated but a typical slice of people unable to answer the question and forward the person where they can get more info honestly as explaining properly?


Now if the kid had asked how does a car engine work or how do you make pad thai noodles or Creme bruelee you think he would have got a proper answer from everyone?

I am so happy for all the TTC couples out there that get positives right away but, it just makes me feel like I'm no good. that all these women out here are becoming pregnant so why can't I. I am sure others feel this way it just gets so disheartening I feel like crying and then I feel even worse cause I should be so happy for all those who did conceive. it feels like a viscous cycle to me. :shrugs: just want to know what some other women out there in TTC land are feeling

i have a four yr. old daughter... shes really smart and has been potty trained since she was about two... but for some reason she wont wipe when she goes to the bathroom... we have to constently go to the bathroom with her to make sure that she gets "clean"!... im starting to get frustrated!... iv done everything i can think of... (from giving prices, to just sitting down and explaining to her why she needs to wipe) but nothing is working!... she'll even take the toilet paper off the role and throw it in the toilet because she knows me and her daddy are goin to check!! i cant figure out for the life of me why she wont do it?! my son is 8 months old and the only way he will fall asleep is with a bottle, im worried about messing up his teeth and what about bottle rot, any ideas on how i can get him to bed with out a bottle? i should add when he falls asleep we do take the bottle from him and we have tried pacifires but he just spits them out...any ideas will help, thanks!

My ped. suggested we put rice in my sons bottle due to reflux. We put 2 teaspoons with 4 oz of formula. He didnt like it at all. Did anyone else have this problem? What else can we try. He is also on prevacid and axid for his reflux but is spitting up. That is why we tried the rice, to thicken formula. Any suggestions?

This might be a dumb question but my extended family is all going to a waterpark today. I'm 12 weeks pregnant so I dont really look or feel pregnant yet, and wondering if anyone else has gone to a waterpark while pregnant? I'm not planning on going on the steep slides, but probably the lazy river, wave pool, maybe the inner tube slides (tend to be slower). Is this a terrible idea? Anyone else been to a waterpark while pregnant? I don't want to hurt the baby, but sometimes I tend to be overcautious, and I want to have fun with my family!

Okey I am up to here with my son. He will not stay in his own bed every morning he is in bed with me . He also pees his pants all day. He knows where the bathroom is and how to use it. He also withholds his poos. But that is getting better. The shrink we are taking him to says that we are to remove the overnight pants and when he wets make him clean it up. But if he is still getting in bed with me and the hubby I dont want to be changing my bed as well. I also have a 2 yr old that stays in his bed and I am pregnant again. I asked him and he says that he forgets to use the potty and I think he is doing it for more attention. As for the sleeping he says that he wants to cuddle. I really believe that he is jealous about his brother and the new baby. What can I do? Dr says to get the 2 yr old potty trained but I do not want to rush him into something he might not be ready for.
