I would just keep trying. Try different foods, it could be she doesn't like the taste. When you feed Emma solids, try to get Amber to try some too. Try every day and she will get used to them. Try some sweeter foods like squash, applesauce, bananas, carrots, sweet potatoes, pears, or peaches first, then try meats and green beans or peas once she is used to sweeter foods. It takes time. Some babies go right to taking solids others need practice. Good luck.

First off, know that you are a lucky girl. Twins are such a blessing!
Solid foods are a whole new experience for babies, and although some babies take to them right away, others will need some convincing. First of all, eating from a spoon is weird for them. Another issue is that babies often don't like for the texture of their food to change. It might take a little while for Amber to get used to the new food. (It sounds like Emma is going to the the more adventurous of your girls.)
Make sure that you are starting out with a VERY runny cereal that is mixed with formula or breastmilk so that it has the flavor of something familiar to her. Just try a little bit of it with her everyday until she starts to get the hang of it. You can gradually make the cereal less runny as she starts catching on.
But don't worry about it too much. You've got enough to worry about with two six month old babies to care for! And six months is a good time to start *exposing* your baby to solid foods, but the transition actually takes several months.
Good luck!

Why are you pushing the baby to eat solid food?
All the nutrition infants need for the first year is breast milk or formula.
They were early and will eat solids when they are ready.
Just give them some time.
Is there a parenting class you can take ?
What about books on the subject ?
Remember twins and Preemies are a whole different story when it comes to milestones.
Don't rush. Just love and enjoy them.

Just beacuse you are young does not mean that any one knows more then you expecially when it comes to your daughters. Ont he other hand solid food is not a necessity for a 6 month old the main reason you introduce them to it is so they get used to eating sold foods and expierence different foods. If you try to force Amber to eat she will keep denying the food. I think as long as she sees you and Em eat she will slowly come around. As long as you are trying to introduce her to foods and feeding them bottles or nursing them there will be no health drawbacks.

Your baby will be fine on the bottle still, especially since she was 2 mos early. When babies are premature they will lag behind a little in their development. Don't worry about it! Offer her solids every other day or so and eventually she will take them. As my pediatrician said to me, "Don't worry, they will all eat, walk. talk and get teeth by the time they go to college!"

Don't force her, she is not ready. She does not need to eat solids, they are not a source of nutrition for her at this age. All of her nutrition comes from breastmilk/formula. So keep offering, but if she doesn't want to eat, then don't force it. She will eat solids when she is ready.

First off is this question real? Well you can't force her to eat if she doesn't want to. It might be frustrating but you have to keep trying. Try to give a fruit or something sweet tasting to kinda warm her up to the solids
