My daugher will be 7 months this week and she has been on solids for since she was 4 months old. All of the unwanted advice givers are telling me that she is now in need of protein. Is she too young to be eating meat(the pureed kind of course)? Or should I wait? Thanks in advance

9wks pregnant bleeding, passing small clots, no cramping or pain, no headaches, no dizzness been bleedin ever since i wuz pregnant. i go through only one pad a day. i go to my doctor again this week. hormone levels normal.

i went to see midwife on friday and on my notes she put 4/5 for babys head but told me only her forhead had gone down all day today ive had a lot of pressure down there and when ive been going to toilet its just been a drip but at the end of the flow the pain is unbareable can any1 help this never happened with my 1st 38 weeks tomorrow

My 4 yr old has been asking me why mommy and daddy have sex when i ask what that it she tells me that we get naked and daddy gets on mommy. we try being discrete about it like late at night when she is suppose to be sleeping. Could she have seen us and we not know or could she be picking it up from somewhere else. She said that two little boys told her about it but her answer just doesnt rub me the right way. My daughter is 10 months old and eats mainly table food. I thought of incorporating scrambled eggs into her diet. Anyone know what age is recommended for eggs? AND DON'T PUT ME DOWN FOR ASKING...I HAVEN'T GIVEN THEM TO HER YET, I JUST AM CURIOUS ABOUT THE AGE FACTOR.

I having problems with my wife’s kids, Stepson thinks everything is funny. Stepdaughter throw fits and destroys things. Both talks back to his mother, they do it to me. I straighten both of them out on the spot. Son thinks it is funny. My wife thinks I am being too hard on him. I told her, I refuse let a 7 year old, daughter and 13 year old, son disrespects any her or me in my house. I told her, he was on punishment for a week. Not even a full day she let him out to play. Because he was bored being inside the house. I told her stop being soft on him. She keeps telling he nerves shot, that why he smiles all the times. I told her the crap, when he does not get he way he start bang on the walls, punching and slamming doors in the house. I told her if punch a hole in my house. I will spank his behind. I grew up a house that you respected your parents and the house you live in. I love her kids but, since we been together for three years. They just think I suppose to give them everything. They mad because I cut off the computer (internet). I told my wife, the kids on the internet to long. They are not doing well in school. That when I found my wife told, I am only their friend not their daddy. How do you deal with step kids?

hello im 27 weeks pregnant and i been getting these cramp like feelings only in the left lower side of my abdoman when i walk, there is no difference from when im carrying something or not not i sometimes have to stop and wait for the pain to go away, does anyone know what this is???

i had my childs birthday party and handed out goody bags. one of the parents went through it and took out all the candy and told me she doesn't allow any candy at all, only fruits and veggies. which i agree that is great of course but it was a kids birthday party. i'm not saying to give it to them everday but i don't see anything wrong in giving a piece or two and some cake on special occasions. i just wanted to know if anyone else agrees with me or am i the crazy one for giving my child something sweet every now and then.

I am 33 weeks pregnant and haven't enjoyed sex since I became pregnant. My fiance and I used to have sex every day... sometimes more than once a day, and I can't seem to enjoy sex anymore. It always feels uncomfortable...any tips on how to fix it? I feel terrible that I can't please my fiance...its been haunting my dreams that he will end up cheating on me because I can't please him. I have a home daycare and I do not allow guns. A good example why- I just had a 4 yr old boy start, who is allowed to play with toy guns at home and at his previous daycare. Even though I have no toy guns, he grabs anything (or even uses his fingers) to point at my dogs or other children and yell "bang, bang" and says things like "your dead" or "I'm gonna shoot you" or "I'm gonna kill you".

He quickly learned that the words shoot, kill and dead are also not allowed here (nor will they be at any school he attends in the near future).

I'm going to either be getting my tubes tied or depending on test may end up getting a hysterectomy. I've been blessed with 2 kids. I was a fosterchild growing up and I've met amazing people along the way in my life who wanted to have kids desperately and never could. And they were awesome.

I want to donate my eggs since I won't be having anymore children. I would've been a surrogate mother but unfortunately my son was born this april 2 months early and im told I can never have kids anymore because its just too dangerous to my health.
So, donating my eggs is something I know I would love to do. des anyone know how to find more info on it, what kinda a dr to talk to, agency?

So first off, I'm 34 weeks. I had an ultrasound on Tuesday and the tech said my son was head down and he was 4lbs. 2 oz...which sounds great to me. Well..for the last day or too I've been getting these sharp pains in my vagina. Is this a sign that he's dropping?? B/c I'm assuming his little head is pushing on something to cause the sharp pains!!

Daughter (7) is constantly asking for permission for the silliest things. "Mom, can I take my socks off?" Never once in her little life has she ever been told to ask permission for this, been punished for this or even made to feel like she may have to ask permission. This morning she asks "Mom can I have strawberries after I finish my breakfast" "Yes, hun you can" 1.) I've told her numerous times that if she finishes her breakfast/lunch/dinner she is welcome to anything in the fridge. 2.) After she finishes her breakfast, she still tracks me down through the house to ask if she can have strawberries (even though I already said yes) What is it she is really looking for? Also, I find it funny that she won't ask for permission to draw on her walls or to throw her necklace beads into the fan to watch them spew throughout her room.

If the babysitter was

a) a smart/responsible/mature kid

b) Knows how to have fun

c) Has taken a Red Cross babysitting course and gotten his/her certification. (The course covers CPR, health emergencies, babysitting scenarios, all kinds of basic injuries, proper play, how to have fun with the kids, and how to get babysitting jobs.)

I have a friend who is smoking one cigarette a day while she is pregnant. She is about 7 months and I am worried. I am not a smoker and I never have been so I don't understand addiction and stuff and I don't understand why anyone would chance hurting their baby.
