i went to see midwife on friday and on my notes she put 4/5 for babys head but told me only her forhead had gone down all day today ive had a lot of pressure down there and when ive been going to toilet its just been a drip but at the end of the flow the pain is unbareable can any1 help this never happened with my 1st 38 weeks tomorrow

That baby wants out you will be going into labor by the end of the week is my prediction!!!!!!!

Its normal. Perfectly totally normal. I had to "lift" my belly in the last trimester to pee. Your bladder gets sore from being full and having the uterus resting on it, so it hurts once its empty. So long as you have urine when you need to pee youre fine. Otherwise it might be a sign of infection.

sounds like a possible UTI. if there is pain and only a little urine coming out. or could be the baby is extremely low! labor may be soon!!
