hello im 27 weeks pregnant and i been getting these cramp like feelings only in the left lower side of my abdoman when i walk, there is no difference from when im carrying something or not not i sometimes have to stop and wait for the pain to go away, does anyone know what this is???

Round ligament pain...it is very common...I have had it all the time with all three of my pregnancies and it only gets worse. You can sit down to rest more often to ease the pains!

Are you stretching properly. This is key in any excersie program. I work out a lot and always have problems when I don't stretch

The muscle is probably pulled. Everything is stretching out from the baby growing and sometimes you pull the muscle. Take it easy.

It sounds like ligament pain, or your round tendons.

It could also be braxton hicks contractions.

So long as it stops when you stop you're okay.

I would say those are your muscles and ligaments stretching to support your uterus. I wouldn't worry about it if the pain is not severe.

i get those horrible pains too... mostly.. i'll stand up to stretch and then its like a dibilitating pain, and i usually have to sit back down.... i always wonder if i'm hurting my baby.. :[[[
