one doctor says I'm 13 weeks, and another says I'm 17 weeks. How can I tell who is right?

Anyone else here come close to either ripping out their ears or killing themself because their toddler's toys continually give off incessant, non-stop high-pitched musical sounds and noises because their kid loves them so much and won't stop playing with them and you dont want to take it away from the kid because they love it and you dont want to upset them but the noises are like daggers through your brain, over and over and over and over without fail day and night all the time 24/7 !?!?!?!?!

Leap Frog, Baby Einstein and Hasbro can kiss my butt.

When my son was born they said his penis was too small and we would have to wait. At his 4 month checkup I asked if they could do it because he was bigger. They said they won't even consider it until he is a year old! Im scared to have it done that late. My husband and I have been weighing the good and bad and we still don't know if we want to have it done. We have 6 months to decide. Im scared he will be in alot of pain. He will probably be walking then and it would hurt him. Im afraid he might resent me after its done. Do they give the baby a shot or something so it does'nt hurt? I think I would only be able to do it to him if I can be sure it won't hurt him. I think he would be fine uncircumsised except for all the cleaning issues and things like getting sand in it at the beach (ouch!!!) What do you think?

Parents are divorced, one parent arranges for young teen to babysit alone for periods of 5 huours or more, without other parent's consent. Teen has not been formally trained on CPR or anything. What if something happens? Are both parents liable?

I have had contractions since Thursday. I went Friday to the hosptail and they weren't showing up on the monitor and I wasn't dilated! The Dr. gave me some medicine but I still hurt all weekend. I am going to the Dr. this afternoon but I am still scared. Any ideas on what is going on??

about menstruation? I know every girl starts her period at a different age. I started at 12, what little I knew about it, I learned at school, her grandmother told me she started menstruating at 9, and told me I should talk to her about it already, she's 8, but I think she's too young!

Since i found out that I've been pregnant everything has been stressing me out.. Im about 8weeks now so I'm not that far into it but if someone looks at me the wrong way I just break down and cry. If my boyfriend says "what" when I call him I assume I did something wrong and get extremely upset.. why is this happening to me and can it severly effect my pregnancy ?

Hi,
My girlfriend and i had sex 2 days after her period. Shes been checking her mucous in the morning the day of sex and ever since. This happened wednesday the 20th. The mucous is white and not sticky all signs point to her not ovulateing. But during intercourse the condom broke. This was right at the end. I pulled out before ejaculation and did not ejaculate iside her. What are the chances shell get pregnant.

Yes but the condom simply broke and her cycles change...for a few months her cycles were 22 days but the last one was 32 and her mucous points to non ovulation

Another fact is that she has very stretchy sticky mucous up untill the day of her period then after her period it went back to white and not stretchy is this good for me? or what

I am terrified of having an epidural. I don't like the idea of a foreign object sticking out of my back that could possibly paralyze me. I figure if my grandmother and aunt gave birth with out them, I can do it too, it just really scares me. I want a natural birth but I'm scared of the pain!

I asked what you all thought would be scarier, being homeless or young & pregnant. 99% of you said homeless. Now suppose a young girl was in that "scary" homeless predicament, but dug herself out of it in a relatively short period of time, by working hard, being innovative, budgeting, reading up on budgeting & personal finances, and really turned her life around in about a year? And suppose this same self-sufficient hard worker then got pregnant(unmarried)? Do you think she would be most likely very capable of taking care of a baby, since she'd obviously faced & conquered bigger obstacles before? Or, do you think her homeless experiences would deem her to be "worse" than most other moms-to-be, since perhaps her homeless experiences might have psychologically scarred her a little? Or perhaps if she became homeless before, maybe she's more prone to become homeless again?
Either way, how do you think one's past homeless experience(s) affects how capable of a parent/provider she might be?

I am really losing my patience, health,temper, and mind due to fact that I have a husband who is disabled and needs care 24//7 then I have a two and a half year old son who has tremendous energy, and a 10 month old baby girl, who is delightful 98% of the time and i have a male bull mastif puppy who also has a great amount of energy. I do all the cleaning, cooking washing , fixing, plumbing, car maintnence, all the things that a "husband" would do around the house. I dont have time for anything including a shower nevermind I need to see the dentist and doctor, so does my husband who has many appt. every week. My daughter hasnt even had her shots yet, my son needs to see the dentist, Its just all so hard to do I cant seem to find the time to get things done because i just do not have any. No one helps me ever, and i mean nobody. Where do i start to care for my family? The boy I babysit is is 9 years old. He's OBESSED with video games, superheroes, and cartoons. I would really like him to go outside and swim, ride his bike and just do other stuff besides sit around all day. I even went to A.C. Moore and got a lot of cool crafts for him to do but he says hes too tired and he goes in his room shuts the door and watches cartoons. When I watched him last year, he wasnt like that. He also says that he doesnt want to go outside because its humid and hes afraid that its going to thunderstorm! I've tried to convince him that he will be fine, but its not working! Please help me! My 2nd son was born 9 weeks early, just like my first, and he'll be in the hospital for another three weeks. We haven't tried breastfeeding yet (he's on a feeding tube) but I've been pumping every three hours (a little longer at night) and have a good supply of milk. I was wondering if it's possible for me to be allergic to my own milk. When it's time for me to pump, my breasts get itchy and red and it lasts throughout the pumping but goes away as soon as I'm done. What is this and is there something I can do to help with the itch? I don't go back for my six week checkup for another four weeks and I don't know if this warrents a call to the doctor or not. Also, I've read that mothers should pump for about 10-15 minutes on each side and there's something wrong if it lasts longer but when I'm pumping, I can express milk for about 45 minutes. Should I keep pumping until my breasts are empty to keep my milk supply up, or should I only do it for the 10 minutes like I've read?

I have been having "discharge" for about 6-8 months now......

When do you think my period will come?
