Is it okay to drink lemonade during pregnancy or is it best not to?

As far as i can recall it's fine at any stage of pregnancy, although i wouldn't recommend it when your in labour.

I drink it almost every day, although I drink the Crystal Light kind to avoid all the sugar in lemonaid. If your drink regular lemonaid becareful because it is loaded with sugar!! Don't know if your interested but crystal light makes some great drinks, it's what has saved me while pregnant and helps me get enough water in throughout the day. Pink lemonaid and lemonaid are my two favorites!

I use to drink lemonade especially in this heat!! Then i cut back cause the doctor sd it was acid to the baby so i cut back,, you just ask him, but drink it why not?

its fine drinking lemonade & OJ but make sure its not alot a day. because the acid. Acid will upset your stomach

It shouldn't be a problem unless you are drinking so much of it that the acid in it affects your tooth enamel.

Its fine, its just the sugar contenet you have to watch. Also it could very well give you heartburn. I have never ever heard not to drink it!!!

vitamin c, hydration, don't see why not. Unless you are havin heartburn, then the acidity may upset your tummy.

As long as acid doesn't upset your stomach, and it doesn't contain artificial sweetners like aspartame.
