Hi, my hcg was 800 2 days ago, and now its over 3200!. i wonder is that too high, or should it present any concern?

does it suggest possible multiple birth?

TIA

It could be a multiple birth. Usually HCG just doubles in 2 days.

It could indicate a multiple birth or a molar pregnancy...your doctors should do an ultrasound soon to determine.

That is within the normal range. If there was cause for concern your doctor would have told you. If they thought there was more than one baby, they would have scheduled an u/s. They did for me anyway.
