When was the last day of your period and when was the last time you had sex.. Do the math yourself.

You count from the first day of your last menstrual period. If you had implantation bleeding from the pregnancy, you may have mistaken it for a period, which would explain the 4 week discrepancy between doctors. In which case, you should really have an ultrasound to see how far along exactly you are. You should also be getting regular prenatal care. It's so important in pregnancy - especially in the first trimester. Best wishes.

Those missing 3 weeks could be the three that are between your last period and your implantation. Some doctors count it and others don't. Especially if you know for sure when you conceived.

280 days from your last period should be your due date. From there you should be able to tell how may weeks pregnant so far. Remember - its only a guess. it could be 10 days give or take from your estimated due date.

Well they are counting from the last day of your last period. It's not uncommon to be a couple of days off but anything over a week makes a difference. Can you remember the last day of your period? do the math.
Good luck

Count back 3 months from the beginning of your last period, then add 3 days. Atleast thats what my due date is. Good luck and congrats!

The easiest way is to use a pregnancy calculator. That should do it without the guess work. Here is the site I used with my pregnancy.
