BH Contractions start about this time there inconstant and usually come and go. They do not show up on a monitor. So your prolly experiencing some of these they can be very painful some time.

Heres a webbie to show u:

I will be 28wks tomorrow and I was experiencing BH (for the 4th time) on Saturday. I tried laying down in every possible position and couldn't get the pain to go for anything. I actually called the hospital before I made that pointless trip (I knew they would monitor me, the contractions wouldn't show, and that I wouldn't be dilated). The nurse suggested taking a warm shower to ease the pain of the stretching and whatever else my body is doing. I went ahead and took a shower and the pain gradually went away.

well with my second daughter I went to the hospital they said I was having braxton hicks they told me to go home take a hot shower drink lots of fluids and lay on my side. Well I did that they did not go away. So a few hours later we were timing them and they were 2 mins apart and 1 1/2 min long I called ob and they told me to come in. SO I went in and I was dilated 3. When I went in a few hours ago I wasnt dilated at all. SO they called my dr he asked if I wanted to stop it or just go in labor. I was 37 weeks. SO i chose to have her. I have c sections. So My daughter came 30 mins later. GOod luck. If they dont stop go to your dr early or go to ob. You are only 7 months. If you are in labor they need to try and stop it.

If they aren't showing up on the monitor and you aren't dilating, they are probably just Braxton Hicks contractions (your uterus practicing and toning up for labour). They can be quite strong and painful feeling, but if they aren't regular and getting stronger then try not to worry too much, especially if your doctor isn't. Do keep an eye on them though, and if they start becoming stronger and more regular, then go to hospital.

It could be braxin hicks. But you have made the right choice in going to see the Dr. Don't forget pregnancy isn't all smiles and sweetness, your poor old bod certainly goes through it,. Stretching and straining over a period of 9 months, hence the aches and pains along the way.

They could just be Braxton Hicks. For me they were only uncomfortable. If they change or stop when you lay down or change positions then it's probably Braxton-Hicks. If they don't change or stop then they're probably real. I had my daughter 15 days early...they could be real. Try to time them. I sat there for 6 hours with them 2-3 minutes apart thinking, "I don't know if these are real. Maybe I'll wait for my water to break. Shouldn't it hurt so much that I moan and wail like they do on TV?" It was real labor for me. Good luck!

Dehydration can cause premature contractions. Drink plenty of fluids, rest frequently, lying on your left side, and make sure you're eating a healthy diet. Braxton Hicks contractions are fairly common, but they shouldn't be that painful. See your doctor frequently to ascertain your cervix isn't changing, and that the fetal heart rate, amniotic fluid, and placental grade are all within normal limits.

It could be braxton hicks. They are practise contractions that can range from barely noticable to borderline painful. I found it depends on where the baby is laying. Thats probably why they werent showing up on the monitor. If you werent dialating, i wouldnt worry too much about it hun!

I had the same thing around that time, just little pre-contractions and YES THEY DO HURT!!! Take a nice hot bath, get your sweetie to give you a nice lower back rub. Dont panic, its not good for the baby. Relax just talk to your doctor at your appointment i'm sure everything is fine

You might be going into early labor. I was almost born 2 months early but my mom had to take some sort of a pill to stop from having me early. And I was born full-term
Good Luck and try to do something relaxing to get your mind off of it it might help.;)
