I am pretty sure it is still a boy Maybe a young man if he is very helpful. If it was a camp I would say young men as I am Sur ei t would boost the confidence of the kids

He is a boy at teen age.I have male friends over the age of 23-24 and I call them boys.

it all depends on the maturity of the adolecent. some still need to be taken care of and even if they had a job couldnt make it on there own and some could. so it depends on the person, normally you can tell.
