Ok, so my two year old ( 3 in July) was doing really well potty training, then she went over to her grand parents and was scolded by grandpa for peeing in her undies. (old fashion and dose not know better.)
It set something off because now she will not wear big girl undies and tells me she is a baby. We were doing really well and she was proud of herself, now it seems that she lost the interest. I have tried a few things like rewarding her and telling her that it is up to her but she is all set and makes me put a diaper on her and if I don't she will look at me and urinate on the floor. I have just reached a bump in the road and I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

Could I be pregnant even tho the test showed up negative? I have some of the symptoms but not as much as I did when I had my first pregnancy. Like I have an irregular period, and the blood only comes out when I have sex. And also Ive gained some weight since I took the pregnancy test 3 months ago. I took 4 pregnancy test during that month, and they all showed up negative. In my last pregnancy I had morning sickness and they pregnancy test showed up positive the first time I took one? Is there something wrong with me?

Did anyone who got their BFP have this? Ive heard some women say they felt like their period was coming and it never did.
But Im not feeling ANYTHING. I usually feel very PMS-y crampy and Im supposed to start my period today and I feel like a regular day.

Anyone else have this feeling (or lack of) and get a BFP?

I read this somewhere and sometimes and I just don't get it. Like, what's up with that? I'm a 19 year old boy and I have been a babysitter since I was 13. Like, when there that age, don't they should be babysitting instead of being babysat?
Also, is that the age you/ or your parents gave you babysitting rights at age 13?

My daughter 8 months has just developed stranger anxiety along with seperation anxiety. My mother and grandmother came in to town and my daughter was attached to my leg for about an hour til she finally warmed up to them. I know that this is normal I was just wondering how long the "stranger danger" anxiety lasts? We are going to be visiting my dad this weekend and I know he will be crushed if she is afraid of him. I have given her a little photo albumn of him to look at to try and make his face seem familiar, any other tips?

My co-worker who thinks she's such hot stuff started going on one day about wanting to have a baby and being ok with the child's gender as long as it was healthy. Then she went on to say-outload infront of everyone in the office-that she could not handle a disabled child! "I COULD NOT HANDLE THAT!," she said really loudly for everyone to hear. She went on to talk about kids with autism and down's syndrome and made them sound like diseases. She talked about the day she went to visit a boss who had a 6 year old girl with Down's Syndrome and how the little girl started picking her nose at the table.

It sounded more like she was talking about a monkey than a little girl with Down's Syndrome.

-they're could have people in the office with kids that have Down's Syndrome or Autism

-please tell me not all office people see these children as sub humans

My son is a dissapointment to me. He is not good at sports, he is in my eyes a very dorky kid and I do not care how smart my wife claims him to be. I asked him a simple task to get on the football team this year and make me proud for have ever making him. But he failed in that, now to me he is nothing and he is such an innocent boy how can I tell him this that to me he is nothing anymore.

My son is only 8 months old. I have started a book collection for him. We have board books, Disney, Dr. Seuss, etc. And we read to him. He seems interested in the books, although sometimes, he's just interested in eating the pages! LOL.

His father is a video game junkie, so that concerns me. I want to make sure he doesn't turn into a game junkie like his father. I want him to enjoy books, and doing outdoor activities and other things.

What types of stories have entertained young boys at various ages? I loved books when I was growing up, but I doubt he will like the same stories that his mom liked.

Assuming that love, attention, nutrition, and all other baby needs are met, would having limited baby toys (few or none) affect the child's intellectual development?

I'm just curious here, not looking for parenting advice.

My breast have not hurt during this pregnancy since the first trimester and now that I am almost 37 weeks I've been getting these kind of sharp, shooting pains in my breast. This is my third pregnancy and I have never had this problem before. I have an appt on Wednesday and plan on discussing it with my Midwife, but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

I haven't gained any weight at all. I went to the dr. at 8 and 12 weeks and heard a heartbeat both times. dr. said everything looks good. I feel like I eat enough but not gaining weight. Looked a babygallery.com and all those women were noticeably pregnant by now. Is this normal not to be showing at all by 13 weeks?

I have two boys. My oldest will be two in a few weeks and my youngest is 7 months old. My husband and I are 16 years apart in age. My husband is 43. He said if I wanted another baby we should have one soon. That means we would have three children under the age of 3 or 4. I really want to have three children but I am not sure if I can handle having a baby so soon after my second. My husband just doesn't want to wait to long because of his age. Anybody else in this situation?

I posted a question about half an hour ago about what I should do with my 18month old, she has a high temperature. I gave her some calpol around the time I posted the last question and I have just re-taken her temp now and it has gone down to 102.2, it was higher. I keep sponging her down but she gets very aggitated when I do it leading to her crying an awful lot and so her temp goes up. She is wearing nothing but her nappy and a baby vest. She keeps drifting off to sleep and then waking up crying before falling asleep again. Her breathing is very fast as though it is a little difficult for her to breathe and she cant be bothered to do anything. She is drinking little fluids but I am managing to get some down her. She has just eaten a little bit of weetabix with water, not milk. I hope this clears a few things up about how I was treating her.

I still find myself wanting to brag about my daughter's birth, is anyone else the same? I can't help it, I'm proud of myself and want to tell the world!!

I gave birth to my first baby at home with no pain relief at all, on her bedroom floor, and only had one midwife present for less than a half hour!!!!! I got through the whole thing without anyone having to touch me, and no drugs or needles at all. I'm proud of myself!

Anyone else want to brag?? Here's your chance - go for it!

My son is 17months, I have just noticed he has a vertical line, but feels like a bump, which starts at the bridge of his nose and finishes where his soft spot at the top of his head would be. Should i be concerned? Or am i just being paranoid that it could be something really bad?
