The right to breath and live a normal childhood.
Really, as a parent, you control his rights. You make reasonable decisions as to what you think he should be entitled to do according to his age combined with his maturity level. Also, take into account how obedient he is and how he handles responsibility.

Nothing specific just for being a teen boy, but you have all the rights for being a citizen of your country.

he must have a roof over his head he must be fed and have at least one pair of clothes he must go to school he bust not be punnished buy slaping in the face if it leaves a mark for more than three minitues and must be able to bath i think once a week thats the botom line but my personal opinion dont read if youll get mad this is personal
he should be able to interact with friends should have at least 3 pairs of cloths a baseball glove or something to do outside even if you have games inside you dont want him to become obese or something he also should have chores or he might become more lazy than he might be and he should have the right to be away from you when/if you smoke. I m shore there are more in depth things but I cant think of any more.

Whatever your parents say they are. You have the same inalienable rights as any other american. But your parents are the final authority in raising you and that responsibity is not relinquished until you turn 18. Even as screwed up as your parents my seem to you there has to be some adult in your life that you can associate with to mentor or just use as a sounding board. Believe it or not as a teenager you DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING, so please use the experience of the veterans to learn how to deal with lifes situations.

Since in another thread you say you are 19, you have all the rights and responsibilities of an adult, since you would be an adult.

The only rights he has is the right to food, electricity, running water, and clothing (and it doesn't have to be expensive clothing either)

Is he is in trouble with the law? Do Miranda laws apply, that is, is he entitled to legal counsel? You need to be more specific.
