My problem is that every time i tell her she has to wear underwear she gets very scared. she is terrifed of the thought. Her doctor said i should also wait until my daughter says she is ready. the doctor said focing her is bad What do i do?

I am 29wks pregnant. I have gained very little weight so far - although my belly has popped up and out (fundal height being 29cm exactly).

I have not purchased maternity clothes.. i simply don't like them. I like the clothes i have now and certain ones are still ok. Some are a bit ... snug! lol. But i just put them to the side and wear what i can fit.

Did anyone else not wear maternity clothes through out there pregnancy?

Also is it probable that i will put a whole lot of weight in my last 11wks? My appetite at the moment is very small and i have to make myself eat.. will this last?

My 3.5mth old boy has dry red prickly rash spreading all over his body. It started only on his tummy and I applied baby lotion regularly. Suddenly the rash just spreads to his neck, face, thighs and back!! We're living in a hot & humid country - Singapore. What should I do?

Well, well. So stretch marks those lines every women regrets getting. It's hereditary. My mother said she didn't get them and she has three kids. I don't know my father. So I didn't know for sure about his side. So I thought I was in the clear. I'm 10 and half weeks pregnant and last week I noticed some stretch marks on my butt. I am so sad...but oh well just comes with the genes I suppose. I think I am going to be huge. I am already showing and have stretch marks at 10 weeks. I'm a little worried. And I am not further than I think I had an ultrasound at 6 and half weeks. My question is when did you women start to get stretch marks??

I do home day care & right now in my town the flu is going around like mad! my question is why do parents bring sick kids to daycare knowing they are sick? i have people bring me kids & tell me they had a fever all night & they were throwing up but i gave them some Motrin & so they are fine!( as a lethargic child is being carried in side) Then when i say sorry per my contract that you read &signed they cant be here when they are that sick they now are mad at me! i understand they need to work but all my parents have sick time & vacation time but don't want to use it when their kid is sick but are the first ones to leave work when they feel bad & tell me oh i am just dying yeah you caught what your poor kid had that's why! They take days off to have a me day or go on a trip and i understand everyone needs this but then when you have no time left & your kid is sick don't get mad at the babysitter! am i being unreasonable to think they should keep their kid home?

I had my tubes tied six years ago,after my seventh child. I last month (dec) had a spotty period, now this month nothing. my breast are not sore or tender, however I am having heartburn like crazy and headaches. I took a pregnancy test at the doctor's office and it was negative. I have a thyroid problem, but the dr. said that was good now. Any answers for me?

I have 2 sons, Ryan (12) and Britain (6). I love them both so much. But lately Ryan has been having some problems with dr.ugs. I found pot in his room and I heard from principles and teachers at his school that he was found smoking it. I never thought he would ever do this. I knew that one of his friends, Brandon, smoked pot but I didnt know they were still friends so I figured maybe Ryan got the pot from him. Ryan won't tell me where he got it or why he's smoking it. He has also tried offering his little brother some. I took away internet for a week. I know Ryan goes completly insane when he gets punished and it kills me to see him that way. His father used to beat him and i know his memory is scarred from that, too. maybe he's only smoking to try and get away from the bad memories? I really dont know why. I've tried asking him and I've only gotten an answer once and it was just" because i need it" and i couldnt get anything else out of him. I just dont know how to punish him.

I have been bulimic for years and I am now 11 weeks pregnant and still havn't been able to give it up, however because I know the baby needs all the nutrients it can get I make sure I eat at least 3-4 times a day of very healthy food. I am worried about the occasional binge and purge, but at the same time I make sure I take my prenatal and eat healthy meals that I don't purge throughout the day. Is my baby in danger?

My sister went to doc, did ultrasound and siad her ovaries looked healthy(no cyst), cervical mucus good, and has had 7 periods in 10 months. Doctor has her charting her basal temp. it spiked from 96.8 to 97.8 nine days ago it has stayed up and now she is cramping and had a brownish pink discharge today a week before she is due for her period. it all looks good and she and her husband had had sex 2 days before temp spike. to early to test, but looks good? any in put is appreciated.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I'm having mild lower back cramps and leg cramps. It feels like when your period is about to come on..My period would be due at this time if I was not pregnant. Are the cramps happening because my period is trying to come on?? Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned or is this normal? Thank you for your help.
