No, I'm not trying to find an excuse to eat junk food -- I eat pretty well, always have.

But I can't find any actual proof that healthy eating habits actually do much.

I don't mean "as opposed to eating utter garbage and not taking a vitamin supplement." Nutritional _deficiencies_ = problems, yes.

I'm 17 weeks pregnant. When I touch my stomach to feel my uterus sometimes it a little painful. Not like a peircing pain, but a "tenderness" pain. It feels llike my uterus is very tender. Why is this and is it normal? Did you experience this at all?

Homework and Home responsibilities-- straight A twelve (12) year old female student but she often wants three to four hours to do her homework, at the expense of not doing household chores (only fifteen minutes worth - feeding dog, walking dog, etc). How can I balance her homework and convince her that it is OK to have excess homework _and_ fulfill her responsibility (the dog)... Should I take away the chore and let her do only homework.

how common is it to miss a period when on the microgynon 30 pill. iv been on it for nearly 3 years and i my period is now 11 days late.


i have taken a test but it was negative. dont always take the pill as often as i should but this has never happened before.


when i have sex with my boyfriend we only put the condom on right at the end. we dont often have unprotected sex, but do.


i missed some pills in my last pack but didnt continue taking another pack because this was already my second pack in a row. i did have unprotected sex with my bf two days after my last pill in the pack.


how long after a missed pill does the body release an egg? and what happens to the egg (if one is released) when you continue taking the pill?


im not too clear on how the cycle works when on the pill!!!!!

Can someone explain the procedure involved in getting a child assesed for severe anger issues.Her school realise there are issues but are doing nothing about the situation other than excluding her and putting her on "dealing with emotions classes".Which involve the child playing uno and snakes and ladders,hardly helpful in my eyes.Do I phone the doctor to have her refered or is there another way to get the child assessed?

I'm 17 weeks pregnant...here's what's going on: I've been getting anywhere from 7 1/2 to 9 hours of sleep pretty much every single night. I go to bed no later than 10:00pm every night and usually wake up around 7:30 to 8:00am to go to work. Why is it that I still feel SO TIRED everyday still after good nights sleep?? Is it because I'm pregnant?

I can feel my uterus, right underneath my navel and above my pubic bone, will i still feel this throughout the pregnancy and will it still feel kinda heavy/full and will it still put a pressure on my bladder

For the past few days (about 4-5 maybe) I've been experiencing pains in the lower abdomen. At first I was scared that i was pregnant but I wrote a question on here explaining that I've never had intercourse, and most people said it was extrememly unlikely that I am not pregnant at all (because I was just done with my period at the time and I also had underwear clothing me when my boyfriend and I were getting close).
But my concern is now I DO feel like I'm pregnant. I have a rising temp at times, my abdomen still hurts, and I am quite stressed about this whole ordeal. Although my brests aren't sore and I haven't been sick at all (although I've felt nauseuos at times.) I've had hard ovulation periods before but never like this.
Am I just worrying myself enough to make these symptoms happen? Or is there really a concern?

Hi ya i no what most of you will say go see your doc or go take a test but im on here so thought i may as well ask!!!!

I have PCOS so dont expect ill get preg easily i havent had sex for about a month maybe a little longer ( split up with boyfriend)i dont get periods either due to the PCOS but for the past 4 or so weeks iv been getting these flutters in my lower abdomen. No morning sickness but nausea not off any foods but peeing a little more than usual!!! They are really wierd they are slight but feel like something is moving! I no i would have to be fairly far along to feel movement but i do not have a belly but somedays im so bloated that i look around 4 months. Othertimes i have no belly atal. Has any one experienced this. It would be my first baby if i was preg is that why i wouldnt show early on. Please any advise but dont be rude please its just a concered question.

His dad and I are experiencing an issue with our son listening at home and school. He would rather play instead of doing his classwork. We have spanked him, taken toys away, taked tv time away, and taken away Chuck E. Cheese. I am at the end of my robe. Spanking don't even phase him any more. Any advice?

Since September my daughter has been seeing this older guy. He smokes marjuana, drinks, has given my daughter alcohol and maybe even drugs too. On Halloween I even read text messages between them, which were like phone or cyber sex. I have tried to legally keep him away from her. However, the police say there is nothing that can be done unless I know for a fact that they have had intercourse. Meaning she would have to admit to it or I would have to physically catch them "in the act". I'm so afraid for my daughter for many reasons. I'm scared she will end up taking drugs, that she will drink again, possibly end up pregnant and who knows what else.. On New Years she was arrested and taking to Juvenile Detetention for threatening to stab me. She had snuck out and began drinking with her boyfriend, when she got caught and feared her boyfriend would go to jail, she snapped. I'm so afraid of what is going to happen next. I really don't know what I can do. Any advice is appreciated

Seriously people think about it. Do you really think they are x-raying you in the matter of seconds while you walk through the maybe 4 inches door way? There is nothing to get paranoid over. The only thing they x-ray is your personal belongings you put in the tray. There is nothing to worry about. Ask your dr those are metal detectors. Oh but be ready for a look of omfg are you that stupid.
