Yep, you can sleep on your stomach until your second trimester. The baby stays really protected where it's at in your belly.

It is ok to sleep on your stomach as long as you are comfortable. I was not showing by 2 months, but it was horribly uncomfortable to sleep on my stomach.

You probably will miss it - that was one of th ebest things after I had my baby, I could sleep on my stomach again! (Until I got engorged, and then my boobs hurt and leaked if I did, but that is a different story)

Do you mean while you are pregnant? Yes. Sleeping on your stomach will not harm your baby at all. They are very protected inside your womb. You can sleep on your tummy until you become uncomfortable. Once the baby is born, you can sleep on your stomach as soon as you want to. The baby shouldn't sleep on their stomach until they are old enough to roll onto their stomach by themselves.

You can sleep whatever way you are confortable right now. Once your tummy starts growing you won't want to sleep on your stomach so it won't even be an issue.

I slept on my stomach as long as it was comfortable. Believe me you will be missing it around 7 months, I know I do.

Yes, eventually it will get uncomfortable and you'll have to adjust your sleep position, but stomach sleep is fine.
