I'm 10 weeks pregnant and suffering from severe constipation.I have told my Doctor,he prescribed Dypholac which is a laxative Syrup.The problem is im bleeding a little bit due to the constipation that I have had, also I do have past haemorroid problems.Im very shy to tell my doctor about this . What should I do?

For the first 2 1/2 years of his life, my son was the absolute perfect baby and child. He did naughty things, don't get me wrong, and he has always been ultra-curious, but when we said "No", he understood, and stopped. I took him to every one of my OB appts. when I was pregnant, he was angel, the entire staff commented on how rare it was that a 2 year old behave so well. He would also never, ever go to anybody he didn't know well, i.e.: doctors, the grandparents who live out of town. Now, however, he is a different child. He will go to anybody, talk to anybody. He is so naughty at home, that I am at my wit's end sometimes. He is rude and obstinate. Now, I understand, that these behaviors are typical of 2 year olds, but not mine, at least up until 6 months ago. Which leads me to believe that having a new sibling has caused this. He is never naughty to the baby, and always gentle, he seems to love her very much. Any thoughts? Helpful hints? Thanks!

my daughter since she is 1,5 years old and till now she is acting same as she doesnt love me or love her dad when she is with her cousin or when she is in my in laws place and i dont realy know what to do any more, when she sees them she will start crying and asking be if she can stay at thier place or she will keep sayingto me i dont love u and i dont want u to be my mum and this thing borthers me alot and she do same thing with her dad , i mean if i leave her with them she will never ask for me and when she sees me picking her up she will start crying and she do same thing when i pick her up from child care she will be crying to go with my sister in law telling me that she doesnt love me . iam realy concerd about this and i dont know if punishing her or hitting her will help or make it worst she is 3 now and she is getting worst and nothing changes ,please help me and advice me if u have one i dont know how to make her loving us and not telling us this

whenever i try putting shoes on my 11 month old baby girl, she curls up her toes really tight therefore making it impossible to get them on her feet without hurting her; what would be the best way to get her to stop doing this and start wearing shoes? HELP PLEASE!!!!

What are your thought on co-sleeping?

Does anyone know how many deaths of SIDS when babies co-sleep?
I personally have never heard of a baby dying of SIDs if co-sleeping.

Do you think the risk of SIDS is lowered by co-sleeping?

I'm used to taking Non-Aspirin PMs to put me to sleep, but I have a suspicion that I might be pregnant. I checked the label in the back for warnings for pregnant women but there were none. Would any of you know if acetaminophen or diphenhydramine chloride are ok for pregnant women?

What is your opinion on all the SIDS do's and donts?
Is all this information just making parents more scared and panicky? Babies still die from SIDS even though the parents have done everything they were told to prevent it.
Is SIDS really about laying babies on their back or is it something else?
Most people were laid on their bellies as babies and still made it.
I was taught to lay babies on their bellies and none of the children I baysat died.

What do you think? How were you raised to lay babies down?
Is SIDS caused wholly by how how the baby sleeps or is it just a horrible thing that happens no matter what you do?

This may sound like a funny question but i always have trouble putting on my 15 month old shoes on! He has quite wide feet and its always a struggle to put them on. They fit him once there on but its actually getting them on is the problem!

Last month, I had some minor spotting 3 days prior to starting my period which then lasted for 4 days - 7 days total. I'm a little confused on which day I should count as Day 1 of my cycle - the day I started spotting or the day I was heavily bleeding? Any advice would be great!

hi, my daughter is 15 months can quite happily crawl around stand up and walk around furniture and stand up and walk in her cot, but she doesn't want to walk when you try to help her walk she flops herself down on the floor as much to say i don't want to walk yet! any suggestions greatly appreciated

im only 5 weeks pregnant but im getting tired easily and my back hurts when i sit for long periods....and i had the same schedule before and it never hurt..and on top of that i start feeling lightheaded and nausea every 5 hours until i eat something....is this normal...shouldnt this stuff be happening later in the pregnancy ...like 6 months or so? is this all in my head?
