IT COULD BE IN YOUR HEAD YES. BUT DON'T FORGET THAT EVEN IN THAT EARLY STAGE YOUR HORMONES ARE WAY UP THE USUAL!! THAT MIGHT CAUSE ALL THE SYMPTOMS YOU DESCRIBE. ALSO YOUR BODY IS STILL ADJUSTING AND GETTING USED TO THE NEW CONDITION, SO IT'S PERFECTLY NORMAL. MOST WOMEN ARE OVER WITH NAUSEA AROUND THE END OF THE FIRST TRIMESTER. IN SOME CASES IT CONTINUES TILL THE SECOND AND VERY RARELY-TILL THE END. THE BACK PAINS MIGHT GET WORSE, COS OF THE WEIGHT GAIN, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S MOSTLY ON THE BELLY. IT'S LIKE CARRYING 6-7KG(15-18POUNDS) IN FRONT OF YOU ALL THE TIME. SO IT IS ALSO NORMAL. IF IT GETS MORE PAINFUL, VISIT YOUR OBGYN AND HE WILL TELL YOU WHAT MEDICINES YOU CAN TAKE.

I was only 6 weeks when I found I was pregnant and I had back problems and was tired right away. The nausea is usually a symptom of the first trimester (should clear up by the time you're in your 2nd trimester). I wasn't dizzy until later on but your symptoms sound normal.

No, it's not in your head- you have hormones throwing a wild party inside you and inviting all their friends- it's not uncommon. Eat regularly and keep hydrated.
It is uncomfortable for a while, but you'll get used to it soon, and then everything will change again...
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
EDIT: Just read the first answer- you're not likely to suffer pre-eclampsia this early- I was dizzy all the way through my pregnancy, it's just what happened as my reaction to pregnancy, and I suspect I have had untreated anaemia.
Talk to your doctor/midwife when you have your next appointment, you will find out exactly how common it is to feel like this

No, it's normal.
Your body is going through so many changes right now, so of course it's going to be tired. Pregnancy symptoms can start almost immediately but typically around the 4-5 week and can continue until you deliver.

It's normal and annoying! I didn't think I should have been so tired at the beginning, but around 15 weeks or so you'll get your energy back for a while. You won't notice the back pain once your round ligament pains start...Congratulations & Good Luck!

It sounds completely normal & all these symptoms are more common in the first trimester (1-12 weeks). Your symptoms may get worse before they get better. Don't let yourself get dehydrated.

I would talk to my ob doc because I had the onset of these symtoms very early like your having and had preclamsia. My son was born 6 weeks premature and we both almost didnt make it as a result. The faster your doctor knows the more he or she can do to prevent anything from happening.
