I am just curious because on occasion I have to take it for my headaches.

Personally I don't even take Tylenol when I'm pregnant...Is the Vicodin prescribed specifically for your headaches??? There are other prescription and over the counter meds targeted for migraines...If you are just taking them for your headaches b/c you already have the pills and figure the Vicodins are best, then talk to your doc about getting something more headache/migraine specific...

With my second daughter I would get horrible headaches so my doctor prescribed me Vicodin and I took it throughout my first and second trimester(by the 3rd they weren't so bad) and she is a very healthy 4 1/2 year old.

I did with my second baby because I had an abases and was in so much pain I though I was gonna die, no lie!!! I couldn't sleep I was in so much pain. I was on 7.5 of the narcotics and 750 of the Tylenol for 3 weeks every four hours. Ask your doctor to be safe and congrats on your baby.

I'm allergic to Vicodin, but I took Percocet while pregnant for my migraines. Most prescription pain killers are generally safe to take while pregnant.

Hi. When I was pregnant with our second son I had to take about a months worth of Percocet in my second trimester and my OB said it was ok if a drug is absolutely needed.

I took lorcet plus during pregnancy which is really the same as vicodin. (Hydrocodone) My doctor told me it was fine as long as i only took it as needed because i have bad back pain and my son was and is healthy. Your fine as long as you don't take it a whole lot.

The only drug cleared for pain is Tylenol. Suck up the pain, take only Tylenol and think about the well being of your unborn baby. Talk to your doctor before taking ANY drugs for ANYTHING.
