Pregnancy & Parenting - 28 January 2007

Am pregnant 4 1/2 months pregnant with twins. I work part-time and go to school full time. One of my classes is very hard and it takes very long time in front of the computer( 3-6 hours a day even more sometimes). Not to mention that my back and stomack hurts because of sitting in front of the computer for many hours, and also trying to get my other class assignements done.Do you think i should drop that 1 difficult class just for the safety of my twins.

Okay, so I've hit my son before in the past. Like, three times. I admitted it to my wife and signed my self up for councling. But before anything happened my son and I got into a fight and I tried to be the bigger person and walk away, so I locked him in the closet for about five hours so I could calm down. But then when she came home, she dumped me! What should I do?

With no sarcastic or unnessesary answers there's a question I'd like to ask about three months miscarriage, I really need an answer. When you go to a pharmacy and ask for the 72 hour pill and the lady gives you the three month pill without you knowing, lets say for what ever reason that's too long to explain in the question, is there a possibility of the baby growing like it should in three months, and because of taking the wrong pill can cause a miscarriage. Without any other questions to ask me, is my theory correct, and how does the three month pill look and work in order for me to understand something a little better.

My son went to his grandma's house on sat. His counsins were over. One counsin had some type of virus that lasted 2 days. The other counsin is about 7 months and is teething. She had a slight fever and a cold. Last night my son threw up his whole bottle. Then later in the night he caught a slight fever. I gave him some baby tyenol, and the fever went down. As the night went on, i checked his temperature and it was fine. I notice this morning that he hasn't used the bathroom since yesterday afternoon. His pamper is completely dry. His papmper was last between 2-5 yesterday. Since he sleeps thru the night, I usually give him a bottle between 6-7 in the morning. When he drinks first thing in the morning, it is guaranteed that he will drink 4-6 ounces. This morning he only drunk 2. I am not sure what is going on with him. I told his father if he doesn't go to the bathroom by 12 then I will take him to the hospital. Has this every happened to anyone before. He is only 3 months.

I have not had my period for 47 days. I bled a tiny bit on day 45, but nothing that would be considered a period. I took a pregnancy test and still nothing! I am calling the doctor today as I am beginning to get very concerned. I am only 25 and cannot think of any other reason (other than being pregnant, which I'm not) as to why the gap in my menstrual cycle.

parents she is going to a gang bang party and her parents remained calm and didn't think there was anything wrong with it.
In this movie,both of her parents love her and treat her well.I was
really amazed,if this happens in my home country(my home country is a very conservative one),the girl would have been slapped by her parents.In Australia,If(say,imagine) this happens to your 18-year-old daughter,what would you do?

i dont give him drinks after dinner and i make sure he goes before he is asleep. And I usually wake him before I go to sleep. I know you are not supposed to punish them for this but he just seems like he just dont care. it bothers me. what can I do?

trying to keep doctors from running tests for you because they are expensive, or try to get you to not stay in the hospital against the doctors advice? My wife was booted out of the hosptial early and the doctor told me basically the insurance company is putting up a fight and we are having difficulty keeping her here, but still thought she should stay at least another day? this also happens to women having babies they get booted out when sometimes they are not ready. DO doctors really get a check at the end of the year from insurance companies because they cut hospital stays and tests for their patients? this seems like it's discrimination or something illegal to me? We pay big bucks for our HMO plan how cna they get away with working against us and bribing doctors like this?.

I'm 20 and i live with them they are really good people but recently they been calling my baby thiers and ours! It seems like thier trying to take over and when the baby comes they say im not going to get alook in, how can i tell them without upsetting them its my baby not thiers and i will be looking after the baby myself? i dont want them to be hurt by what i say but i really think they need to know. The other day they had been discussing what my babys education will be like they said between themselves he/she is going to go to school thier going to make him do his homework on time, i feel as if though the baby im carrying is for them when its not its my baby!! please help!!

The baby is 6 months old now, I haven't seen the father at all since I told him, he broke up with me and never talked to me again, he just ignored me, and I find out he has a new girlfriend, but I don't think he was cheating on me, he knows the kids his and I found out he told his girlfriend and friends that it wasn't his hes trying to avoid the situation every way possible, he wants nothing to do with it. I really need help with my baby and it's not fair, sometimes I think I just shouldn't bother, but I hate how he's getting away with it, well he is a pothead, and he is only 17 but that is my babys father and I don't want my kid growing up without one. he said he didn't want his parents finding out, i don't want to tell them either because i'm scared they'll try to get visitation, I don't trust them, I don't want my baby away from me, and what if they don't care? He changed his number from me but I have his address and house phone, so please help me on what to do.

I'm 15 and my name is Ashley, when I was six and in kindergarten I made what was my best friend at the time. Her name is Deanna. We were really close an when we were in second grade my mom tranferred me from private to public school because the school wanted to fail me. The next year the same thing happened to my her. Than she was transferred and she turned on me to hang with the popular kids. She even teased me. Than in sixth grade we became friends again she cut off all her hair so I did do (our hair was really long by cut it off I mean cut it to our shoulders) when we were in eighth grade her mom got remarried so she moved ten minutes away.
