I am 16 weeks pregnant. I have a name picked out for a girl, but I can't think of any first names picked out for a boy. His middle names will be Michael James. For a girl her name will be Isabelle Ryanne. What do you think of her name and suggestions for boy names?

I think Isabelle Ryanne is a very cute name and is a great name from baby to adult. For a boy here are some suggestions:

Or why not just call him Michael James?

Yes the girls name you have picked out is just lovely. You could use Ryan (like the Ryanne you picked for a girl) and have the name Ryan Michael James.

Michael James is nice, if a little...yawn...boring.
I like Mitchell better than Michael personally. It can morph from a cute little boy Mitchell into a good name for a man in Mitch.
Isabelle I would change to Isabella. Ryanne is okay. I prefer Regan or Raven or Rebecca though.
Just my opinion.

The boy could be Kyle Michael James or Jonathan Michael James or Axel Michael Jame or Timothy Michael James

I really like Isabelle Ryanne. Its modern and unique. as for the boys I like the typical names like Jacob and Adam

They sound like good string names. I am a mother of 7 and I am expecting triplets in April two boys and a girl, we are planning to call them-Juliette Kate, Ross Mathew and Oliver James.
I think Ross Michael James would sound nice too.
I have four sons and they are called-Richard(Richie) Alan, Gavin Michael, Noah John and Hugh (Hughie) Patrick.
