Am pregnant 4 1/2 months pregnant with twins. I work part-time and go to school full time. One of my classes is very hard and it takes very long time in front of the computer( 3-6 hours a day even more sometimes). Not to mention that my back and stomack hurts because of sitting in front of the computer for many hours, and also trying to get my other class assignements done.Do you think i should drop that 1 difficult class just for the safety of my twins.

Thanks

My twins are 15 months old now and what a blessing. Carrying twins is very stressful on your body and if you are stressed there is a possibility of delivering early. My babies were 5 weeks premature (without me being stressed!) and they had to stay in hospital for two weeks and that is not nice, the emotions you go through having to leave your babies in hospital is something no one needs to go through.
Please look after yourself even if it means you have to put off your studies for a while.

your not going to harm your twins because your sitting in front of a computer. just get up several times during the class and stretch your legs and back. the key is to not sit there the whole time, u need to stretch each hour or so. your babies are a lot tougher than you think and so is the environment there living in right now

Maybe you should drop that class, the last thing you need is added stress while you're pregnant with twins. Congratulations

Your twins will be fine. If you feel that you should drop it then do it otherwise it is all up to you. If you can handle it go for it.

you might have to get a gate belt. talk to your OBGYN about this and he will probably suggest it! don't forget to mention it if he/she doesn't

at this point i think your comfort is most important. after those babies are born it will be their comfort before all else. good luck.
