Life is not stress free but high stress levels do contribute to pregnancy complications like, low birth weight and pre-term labor. You are fine, just relax and try not to stress so much. You are going to just have to take a deep breath, count to 10 and know there are somethings that you cannot control or change and quit stressing about it. GOOD LUCK!

Well, first off, you do really need to keep your stress down for yourself and your unborn child. It is definetly damaging to the both of you. A little stress is normal and okay, but do not let it consume you. There are excercises you can do for yourself like deep breathing and anything that you know helps relieve your stress. Stress can definetly cause a miscarriage but only if you let it get bad and carried away. Just take care of yourself and do your regular check ups, and KEEP THAT STRESS TO A MINIMUM. Take care, and congratualtions.

My baby is 5 yrs old. And any kind and/or type of stress can put you at risk for a miscarriage. Cramping is NOT normal. You really need to call your OB/GYN for an appointment. I pray all is well for you and your baby. Good luck!!

Well stress can affect your baby. I was stressed out with my second pregnancy and my daughter was born early. She turned out fine but try to relax. Stress can cause preterm labor.
