I like my name, Emma. I also thought Britney and Jessica were stuck up names until I met my best friends, Britnie L. and Jessica T.
For men, I never liked the name Bryce or Jake. Bryce I might name my son because my friend Loralie named her son Bryce that and he is so adorable. Jake I'm still not a fan of.

I used to like the name Michelle as a child, but it was ruined for me, as well as most of the super common names like Ashley, Brittney, etc. However, I do realize that the names are so common, it makes it all that much more likely that an unpleasant person will be named one of them.

Yes, a new common girl name is Cadence... at first i didnt like the name much, but once I saw a little girl with the name I thought it was really pretty!

Yes. The name Glenda sounded so ugly to me, but after having a co-worker with this name who was truly a Godsend, the name became more beautiful to me!

Diana and Luma used to sound ugly to me, but now that I know people named that, I love them. I used to like the names Sophie and Laini....Not anymore. They ruined two perfectly good names. Actually I hated the name Laini before I met her and I detested it after I met her.

A friend named her baby Esther and I thought that sounded so old until I saw her...she is so adorable and the name fits her perfectly.
