it could be that she is preg!

having 7 periods in 10 months is a good indication that your sis's pcos condition is in control.

i was diagnosed with pcos when i was 22. and then after my doc's hormonal treatment, my periods got regular and before marriage i went in to the doc to ask if the previously diagnosed pcos can affect my chances of getting preg, she said as long as you are having your regular periods and ovulation, it shldnt be a prob and she was right!

i got preg after 4 months of having regular sex with hubby (after marriage that is!)

so, it all seems good with your sis's case....

my best wishes to her!
