My 11 year old son is extremly intellegent and makes good grades and for the most part a pretty good kid. Latley though he lies about the pettiest things you can think of, His hygene habits are horrible (he use to be very much into being clean when he was younger so this is recent) and when you talk to him he is like in another world he will give you an answer to something totaly off the subject of what you asked him. He never use to be like this and since school has started this year he has changed. Any suggestions to the craziness? My 6 year old son acts older then my 11 year old and I dont mean that in a mean way but its really the truth. What should I do?

Ok i am almost positive that i am pregnant I have been to the family planning clininc the test keep coming out neg. I havent had a period i n 4 weeks(supose to have one this week) My hubby says he's sure i am cuz of my attitude and other thing he wont say. Ihave symptoms. I have been on BC since i was 14 and havent taken anything for 4 weeks no period. I really hope i am but should i not get my hopes up. I am so excited but im afraid that iam not.

what the hell is going on?? yesterday when i did a pregnacy test it had a faint positive line after like two minutes.... i take another test today and it shows a negative sign..... what the hell is going on?? has this ever happen to anybody else?? am i likely to be pregnant or not?? i have told my boyfriend and he is so happy because this would be his 1st!!

He is on Similac Isomil and he started with 2 ozs, but was still acting hungry so we gave him 3 for about a week. We just started giving him 4 oz, he seems to get full but I want to make sure I'm not feeding him to much.

was real excited for them and everything ( my boyfriend and i dont have kids , just pets) so now that their baby is growing up and we go and visit, i feel pretty weird , like things have changed with them in the aspect that , now, we hear a lot of baby talk and my boyfreind and i arent really "baby peaple " - like playfull with the baby , other than just smile and say hes a cute baby -
so , what can i do to overcome this feeling?? anyone been in this situation ? do you think they feel bad, we dont really mingle with their child ??

i know what babyshowers are for the baby but is it wrong to think that a mother should get something that caters to just them. I know that the gifts are for you but is more catered to your baby is it selfish to want something that is just for you. This is just question i was just thinking. not my own personal views.

Okay I am 2 weeks and four days late. I do not have morning sickness. But Around the nipple it isalot darker and i have little white specks in the center of it. I took a test when i was 13 days late. I am usally about 3-4 days late and no more, and i mean never anymore than that. I do sometimes get dizzy and feel a bit nauseaus (sp?). But not all the time. Could I be pregnant? And does being pregnant make you go poop more, because i have been doing that alot lately. And I have also been more hungry than normal. Please if you can help, answer my question...........If this helps my last period was October 6th to the 12th.

Just thought to create a nice forum to share parental joy =). I'll start my 8 month old: Just started sitting up longer (can;t sit up herself though), tries crawling, more easier on the bed...she wont sleep her eyes look so heavy, beause she wants to try crawling everytime i put her down....wants to play and laugh all day, cries if i go towards to room with her, she wants to come out in the living room....but her latest, blowing 'kisses' in the air...she just smacks her lips to imitate the sound! Do share your joys...

The real problem is that she was never a health consious person and now she has a problem with the vitamins prescribed by her doctor for her prenatal period despite my endless efforts to explain the importance of these pills she seems to get frustrated and angry when I try to advise her on her nutrition, or even purchase healthy foods for her to eat, I know that the pregnancy causes physiological and psycological changes to occur but she should understand something as simple and logical as that right? andplease don't think that I am not a patient man I am but I just so scared for her and the child we are about to have and yes i have gotten other relatives to speak to her but she says one thing infront of them and then does otherwise when she is alone what can i possibly do? i love her very much and dont want to see her hurt.

Im 32 weeks preg and I started having really bad pain in my right side rib, so bad i couldnt get out of bed alone this morning(hurts to cough, laugh, and yawn)..I was curious to see if anybody else has had this problem while preg...I figured its from the baby getting bigger and pushing up on my rib, but any other ideas?

I am a full time nanny. I started my job about a month ago and I dont like it. The third day I knew it wasnt going to work out. 2 problems: the commute is too far and I feel very uncomfortable when I go to work. I feel like i am about to give a huge speech to a lot of peole. I am sick to my stomach all the time when I go. Before i started working for the family I had a plane ticket to go on vacation for christmas for 2 weeks. But they really needed me the 2nd week so the mom paid $300 to change my plane ticket to come back early.
What should I do? If i quit do i have to pay her the money back??? What should i do

I have had two miscarriages: one last august at 6 weeks. and the other one was this week at barely 3 weeks, november. Dr. told me that it is normal and the reason was chromosomal abnormalities. My husband and I are both healthy. We are going to try again hope it works out for us :) Anyone fell pregnant with healthy babies after two miscarriages? I need reassurance.
